Small space but good for a weekend getaway. There's offstreet parking if you would like, AC, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We are set up as a studio so you are able to make meals yourself. There are blinds, we were just asked to upload the property as some guests wanted to book so the photos were old.
This spot was exactly what I was looking for, pet friendly, quiet, and walking distance to a bunch of cute shops and restaurants. The space is about the size of a hotel room but significantly more comfortable. There are some free roaming chickens in the neighborhood so expect a little noise from them, but nothing overwhelming or annoying. There's a cute coffee shop on the corner with amazing coffee and tons of restaurants nearby that you can easily walk to. This is absolutely going to be my go to whenever I am visiting Dallas, so happy I found this gem!
The space is great - no issues there but this is a subdivision and there are roosters and hens and the neighbour has a goat. All day, every day from sun up (5:30am) to sundown (7:00pm) itâs like a barnyard. The noise is constant and I feel this should have been mentioned in the listing. I like a good sleep and being woken at 5:30am to that cacophony was not ideal for me. Lina was good at responding and the place itself was cute and clean and close to Bishop Arts main area but the barnyard animals constant noise was not to my liking. The hen sounded as if it was dying. If it hadnât been for that I would have given it very good ratings all the way around.
