Hi Dan, I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at our family home. I would like to clarify some of the points you raised. The Pool heater which is a high capacity Heat Pump is set to heat to 88 degrees F but due to the exceptionally cold period experienced in Florida recently, reported to be be the coolest for 25 years. Pool Heat pumps for outside pools were not able to reach the required level due to air temperature. We advertise 10 mins to Disney which we have timed to the main gate, some parks will vary due to vast area of Disney.. The heating/cooling settings in our home have been set to give the guests maximum comfort with a good level of adjustment for personnel preference, if this was not adequate for the prevailing conditions you could have contacted our local Management team who would have been only too pleased to assist. The alarm on the pool door is Florida Legislation 515.29 and the alarm must be 85DB This is for safety purposes to stop unaccompanied children going out to the pool as we and the State take our guests safety in our home very seriously. The alarm is deactivated by pressing the button on exit and entry, if this procedure is followed as per the instructions near alarm button it will not activate. The alarm only sounds from the alarm button unit next to the pool door. I don't really understand your point about windows and doors not opening as they do but leaving doors and windows open would compromise the efficiency of the cooling heating system which you have already had issue with. We have asked our team to investigate the dryer point you raised but if you thought there was a problem our management would have been able to assist if you made contact. All white goods are no more than four years old, most are only two as we have always strived to maintain a very high standard in our home. The furnishings are of a high standard as this is our family home so no expense has been spared, it has recently been re carpeted at a cost of $11000. We furnish to our taste which we accept will not be every ones but I am sure you will agree it is as advertised in the pictures. Regards, Craig

Hi Jerrie, Thank you for your feedback. We did advise to keep the doors and windows shut for the air conditioning to work at its full potential and did also advise that there are ceiling fans to further cool the rooms. However we will review the air conditioning settings to ensure the internal temperatures are comfortable. The pool temperature was checked by our management team and was found to be working as it should and they increased it further to 86 degrees for your comfort.
