*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The back yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

The home does have a driveway however it is very narrow and large vehicles will have a difficult time getting in and out. There is neighborhood street parking around the home as well.

The main floor kitchen has been updated with brand new granite countertops, beautiful backsplash and overhead lighting! There is tons of cabinet and counter space throughout this kitchen! There is also a gas cooktop with 5 burners on the island and additional seating for two!

The other full kitchen is located on the third floor, it’s not as large but offers everything you need to cook and prepare meals! This kitchen also features a large island for meal prep!

The second level has three of the bedrooms including a master suite featuring a king size bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace and large bathroom with a spa tub, separate stand up shower and double sinks. The two other bedrooms are extremely comfortable with two of the rooms offering king beds and the fourth featuring a queen. The third floor bedroom has a king size bed. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space, hangers, bedside tables and overhead lighting.
