Experience breathtaking waterfront views from your private balcony at Sailport Waterfront Suites, Tampa. This stunning 1BR/1BA condo is beautifully renovated and offers direct water views, providing the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure for you and your group. Enjoy easy access to exciting local attractions while indulging in the peace and tranquility of this desirable location. With an array of amenities, your stay is sure to be comfortable and memorable.
We're happy to offer our home to families in need following the recent hurricane. While the unit itself was unaffected, please note that the pool, restaurant, elevators, and some other amenities are currently out of service. However, the unit remains in excellent condition and is ready for your stay.
This privately owned suite has been fully renovated with some of the best views of the bay that Tampa has to offer, It has a fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, stove, silverware, microwave, etc).
For sleeping arrangements inside of the unit, there is 1 queen bed in the bedroom, and 1 queen pull-out sofa bed in the living/ There are all of the quilts and linens available for the sofa bed.
The resort has all the amenities you would like to have an amazing stay, some of those are:

To guarantee that ALL our guests experience an enjoyable stay, We ask that you take a moment to review the information below.
* Sailport Waterfront Suites is a drug-free property. Drugs use of any kind including marijuana will result in eviction without a refund. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit nor on the balconies.
* Our Pool closes at 10:00 pm daily.
* All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool.
* Big Bamboo Bayside is open from 8:30 am – 10:00 pm and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with offering a full bar as well.
* Snacks and beverages are available for purchase in our Ship Store located adjacent to the Front Desk. Beer and Wine are not permitted for resale after 3:00 am. Only adults 21 years of age or older are permitted to purchase alcohol. Debit and credit card only accepted, NO CASH.
* A credit card is required at check-in for a $100 security hold per stay.
*Shirts, and Shoes are required at all times throughout the Lobby.
* All individuals are asked to observe and respect “Quiet Time” after 10:00 pm.
* No glass is permitted at or around the pool deck, sunset patio, and beach area.
* No personal stereo equipment is permitted at or around the pool deck or beach areas.
* Florida state law and fire marshal permit a maximum 4-person occupancy in one-bedroom suites and a maximum 6-person occupancy in two-bedroom suites.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the grounds and or utilizing the amenities Sailport has to offer.
