Horriable experience
My family and I rented this property in July it was a nightmare as soon as we entered the apartment!!
We had early check in and as soon we entered we saw dead bugs on different corners of the entry way.
We thought okay let that be the worst our kids were preparing for a competition they had so they wanted to enjoy the pool before hand but it was un useable because it was filthy we called Omar he sent a cleaning lady later that day but nothing changed.
Next day pool got worse looked like some kind of bacteria of the sort was in the water so two days kids were unable to use the pool.
Theromstat was set at 80 you couldn't fix it and then he sent a handyman which as you could have guessed could not fix it we sweat all night even though handyman came multiple times.
WiFi did not work, keurig was broken, lock upstairs was broken as well as toilet not flushing. The bunk bed in the Harry Potter room was not secured they just placed it on top of each other. It was horrendous do yourselves a favor and do not book with them.
We stayed majority of our stay at our friends house who luckily was down the block.
