- Location, Amenities, Convenience, All the things you're looking for in a perfect vacation get away! Enjoy every season at this well located, fully furnished condo in Cape Canaveral Florida . Walk to activities like hiking, kayaking, Kennedy Space Center, dolphin/manatee watching and the beach! 1bedroom that sleeps 3 adults only a 3 minute drive to Cherie Down "pubic beach" Park. Stay on the grounds or travel in any direction to create memories, relax, experience your best life.

The space: First floor condo with easy access to free parking (long term, handicap and quick load), closest condo to Laundry all on one side. Through the door there is a bedroom to the left with a en-suite bathroom. Continuing forward, you'll find the full kitchen featuring full sized equipment and lots of countertop space. Beyond that you'll find within the open floor plan a spacious living room all leading to the sliding door and the patio. From the patio you have easy access to additional "public parking" and a few steps to the left is the hot tub, pool (keyed access) and beach.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location. The condo was clean and was it was great being able to walk outside to the beach and being close enough to watch a rocket launch at night from a distance.

Our stay was excellent, everthing we needed was there, very clean, all the appliances and TV's have been kept up to date. We really hated to leave. Host was awesome, communcation was exceptional. Definitely going to be staying again , hopefully for longer!

Excellent Short Stay

We only stayed two nights but the unit was fantastic. Extremely well equipped/supplied, and very nice layout. Very clean. Would have been great for a longer stay. Host was excellent with communication and information.

Great communication with owner

Before my trip, I had a ton of questions about things in the area and Tony went beyond to get me the information as well as things happening during my visit. Unfortunately, my flight got canceled and I was unable to stay at the property so I can’t provide comments. The owner, however, I’d rate 5 stars any day of the week. So responsive, very accommodating and will definitely looking into reserving this property solely based on that fact alone! Thanks Tony!

Cape Winds Adventure

The room we stayed in was really good. Brand new kitchen and appliances, two [2] spacious and clean bathrooms, including a master bath in the bedroom. Very homey touches throughout the house, including labels on every cabinet as to what they contain, a combination coffee machine and single cup option from Keurig, plus about 10-12 individual coffee pods provided for our use. The hot tub and pool were great options and the main reason we stayed again at Cape Winds after our first visit in 2019. Easy walk to the beach from the pool area and a beautiful and less crowded beach awaits you in Cape Canaveral versus more crowded beaches down by the Cocoa Beach Pier. Even the guests staying there were very friendly as I had several conversations with other guests or residents by the poot or in the hot tub. We could not have had a better experience. Tony and his family did a nice job upgrading the place and making it feel like home to me.

Tony was very responsive and clearly communicated information about the condo before our arrival. The condo was very clean and as pictured. The unit was well equipped and contained everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool area and easy walk to the beach. The central location made it an easy drive to places we wished to go.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a great property with a hidden secrets vacation benefit! Its located both near the parking lot for easy access "to and from", has side street parking access for guests (feet from back sliding door), Is feet from laundry (where everyone else has to drag cloths around) AND out the back sliding doors (short walk through grass, edge of property, through property gate **you'll need the amenity key**) is the hot tub and pool. Continue forward (not unlocking property gate but continuing your walk) leads you directly to the path to the beach. All within a super short distance from this "on the beach" condo!
