I love spending quality time with my family relaxing on this amazing farm.
We enjoy walking either side (privately owned) of Big Ivy Creek. We take advantage of the fishing, picnicking, riding horses, hikes up the mountain, having a bonfire, or just standing on the bridge listening to the water roll by.
This is a family owned horse farm and we love all animals. We have horses, mini goats, dogs, cats, bunnies, and chickens! Every day, looking out at the horses in the pasture, amazed at the view of the beautiful mountains, we know this is a true slice of heaven!

Nestled in The Great Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina, at the base of our private mountain, on Big Ivy River, is this amazing, newly renovated, house and unforgettable getaway spot waiting for you and your friends or family! Truly a piece of heaven on earth!
There are also several gentle walking trails leading to a perfect Picnic spots by the creek!
Enjoy ađ„ Bonfire right on Big Ivy Creek with soothing calming waterfalls right on site. Bring your S'mores or hot dogs and make unforgettable memories with your family and friends
This unique property also connects to the Big Ivy Historical Park and Community Center. You and your family can enjoy swing sets, playing on the playground, the new basketball courts, the horseshoe pits, the community pool, and more!
