•Any visiting guests (non-staying) must be approved in advance.
•No unannounced or surprise visitors.

Pets & Service Animals:
•Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
•Service animal exceptions require communication before booking.
•Additional cleaning fees may apply for approved animals.
•All approved animals must follow guest rules.

Booking Requirements:
•The person booking must stay at the property unless prior arrangements are made.
•You may not book on behalf of another group without host approval.
•Booker or group must have positive prior reviews to be approved.

•All water activities must be launched from our private pier, guests are not allowed on the community beach.
•This home is in a private community—please respect neighbors and local rules.

•The property is located near a busy intersection—please use caution when entering and exiting the driveway.
•While the yard is fenced and leads directly to the private beach area, children must be supervised at all times due to nearby water and vehicle traffic.
•Life jackets are recommended when using kayaks or fishing from the pier.
