- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces.

- This listing is for 6 people. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed).

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
