Great location, immaculately kept. Perfect for a overnight but wish we were staying longer. Had everything we needed, easy check in and great communication. Best VRBO stay I have had in a long time.

This is the nicest place in Meeker inside and out. Very clean and lots of room. Owners were super nice. Would stay here again.

Amazing. This place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Meeker. Comfortable beds, fully furnished kitchen with coffee, paper towels, laundry detergent. Everything we needed, just a short walk to downtown restaurants. I hope to book again on my next visit. Host was so accessible for any of our needs and questions.

It was a pleasure hosting this family. They were in town for a family gathering and were wonderful guests. Communication was easy, they were friendly and respectful, and they left the home exceptionally clean and well cared for. We truly appreciated how considerate they were during their stay. Although I didn't have the opportunity to meet them personally, my husband did and enjoyed visiting with them. We would be happy to welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

I'd definitely recommend this place to any travelers staying in the Meeker area. The place is clean, plenty towels and the king size bed was very comfy. The place is as advertised.

Best in Meeker

This place is super nice. Very clean and felt like home. We have stayed at several VRBO homes in several states and this by far was the best one.

A Gem not to be missed!

A wonderful home away from home. Host and hostess has everything you want and then some. Would definitely stay there again. It’s a two bedroom apartment but could easily sleep 8. Don’t miss out on this beautiful property.

I’ll be back!!!

This house was so new and clean that it felt like we were the 1st guest ever! It’s100% more beautiful than the pictures! The woodwork and the artwork and the beds and bathroom-all VERY spacious and comfortable. The view of the mountains and the sunset were stunning!! It's a fun walk to town with cute boutiques and restaurants.

Remarkable House and Hospitality

We went to Meeker Colorado for a fly fishing expedition and were fortunate to stay at Cleveland Place hosted by Danette, Lanny and Izzy. This is simply one of the best properties we’ve experienced. It is spacious, very well designed and constructed and extremely well equipped with household items. The patio area is wonderful with a view of Northwestern Colorado. It was great having morning coffee or evening dinner outside. Danette and Lanny clearly want their guests to have a wonderful experience and are very accessible and friendly. Meeker is a great reflection of a real, and sadly disappearing, Colorado of previous years. Not a fast food franchise nor chain store in sight. The house is close to fishing the White River or its tributaries and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. You’ll be very happy here.

Dennis and Karen were wonderful, considerate guests. Everything went smoothly and they left the place in excellent condition. We would be pleased to have the opportunity to host Dennis and Karen again in the future should they return to the Meeker area for any fly fishing adventures! We highly recommend them to any host.

Clean, in excellent repair, very well appointed. Lots of small details such as zipper bags and paper plates, extra towels for the rec center, and even a growler from the local brewery so you can get one filled without buying the growler.
