Welcome to the House of Grace! Completely renovated Downtown Lancaster home located within a short walk to most restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Fulton Theater, Penn Square, Convention Center, Gallery Row and famous Lancaster Central Market.

Single family home with a large Master Bedroom & ensuite full bathroom. Second floor rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood. Brand new kitchen and window filled family room that leads out to a spacious backyard. Home has a large garage for parking.

A group of 66-year-old ladies stayed at Jake’s beautiful property and it was exactly what we needed. It was relaxing, spacious and close to everything. In the morning, we really appreciated the delicious coffee. The instructions were clear and communication with Jake was prompt. It made our stay feel easy and relaxed. When in the area, we definitely would stay here again.

Top tier communication from our host! This home was perfect for our stay in Lancaster. Well within an easy walking distance to all the good food and fun in town! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Gorgeous deck and back yard . One of the very best places we've stayed.

This home perfect for our family as we celebrated our sons wedding in the area. Close to everything in downtown. Pictures are exactly what the home looks like and it is quite comfortable.Would definitely stay again.

Really really nice place. Tastefully and Thoughtfully decorated. Well provisioned. Easy communication with owner. Well located for dining options. Visited Lancaster Market. Kind of a mixture of old a new in the neighborhood. Most things within walking distance. We would return in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for our needs this trip. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The floor plan is open so allowed us to spread out and still feel connected. We used the outside alit too. We would definitely stay here again. Only 12 min walk to the Lancaster Central Market.

Great stay

Perfect location for my daughter and I for 4 nights. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I also liked that it had a garage so we did not have to park on the street. Walking distance within several restaurants and coffee shops that we enjoyed.I would definitely come again next time I am in Lancaster.

Home Away From Home

The house was amazingly cute and cozy. There was plenty of room to live comfortably with our guests. The home was clean and well appointed. The host was gracious and communicated promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again while in the area.

Excellent home away from home

We were in Lancaster for my niece's wedding and our stay here was perfect in every way. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Super comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen (with sharp knives and great cookware!) and ample room for our family to enjoy meals and board games together. The owners have remodeled this property top to bottom and we love the touches of history they have preserved while making it beautifully modern. The rooms are more spacious than they appear in the photos. They have made excellent use of the space. Everyone from my 91 year old mother in law to our 4 year old loved it. It was conveniently located, with parking for 2 cars in the garage and safe and cheap additional parking in a parking garage nearby. Walking distance to the Central Market and Queen Street. Our hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions we asked. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location and cozy house

We came down for a weekend and this rental was a perfect location to park the car and walk everywhere in downtown Lancaster. The house is clean, cozy and modern and very comfortable. We will stay again!

Ladies getaway

Once we found this little gem of a place all was well. It is located down an alley - not a street! Garage is perfect parking for one car - if there are two or more there is a parking garage next to Decades that is a very short walk from the house. House had everything we needed. Door Dash found us- no problem! Lovely spot. Easy walk to quaint shops downtown and centrally located for all things Pennsylvania Dutch! Highly recommend the Sight and Sound Theater and the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater!

Perfect for a family stay

We were in the area for a week-long family reunion in Lititz. Stayed here the entire time and it was perfect for grandparents, parents, and two young grandchildren. Nice back yard that we would have used more if it hadn’t rained so much. One car garage, so our daughter parked in a nearby public garage, which was very reasonable. House is charmingly redone With modern kitchen and baths. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Amazing house in downtown Lancaster

This is a fully renovated carriage house and while the outside looks like a garage 😊 because it was essentially one, the inside is gorgeous. The house was spotless and very well stocked. We used this as our home base and then spent the days visiting Amish country, Hershey, the oldest pretzel bakery, and the railroad museum. Everything was 20-30 minutes away max. I wish we'd had more time to explore.

Amazing Family Trip

We were blown away by this property. It was beautiful, located to so many cool shops and activities and it was very clean. The owners seemed to think of everything, the pots and pans were beautiful, bedding was so soft and cozy, soaps were good brands, and they even had books for all ages of our kids year and toys for the baby! There is a garage for parking which was perfect for loading and unloading the kiddos. The back yard and deck were a great place to hang out after a day of activities! And the kitchen was a dream to cook in! The owners also went above and beyond when we realized that we forgot a beloved stuffed animal! We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great place.

This property was exactly as listed. It was well furnished and appointed. Host was very responsive. We were here to ride motorcycles so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house but while we were there we were quite comfortable. Highly recommend. Location was not important to us since we were out on the bikes most of the day(s).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There is no property like this in downtown Lancaster. It's spacious and wide open and has been completely renovated recently. A centrally located home with a full kitchen, fenced in backyard and a rooftop deck that overlooks the entire neighborhood. I guarantee there is nothing like it in the city!
