BRAND NEW TO THE PROGRAM! This spacious (4,401 sf) executive home has a large outdoor patio, with gas BBQ, to enjoy the views of the 5th fairway, morning, noon and night.

Inside is light and bright with high wood ceilings, featuring wood and tile flooring. The entry leads you to an open, amply supplied kitchen with state of the art refrigerator, brushed nickel appliances and large counter top areas for making family meals. There's dining for 12 just off the kitchen with views of the koi pond.

A few stairs up from the kitchen will lead you to a king size bedroom with its own full bathroom.

A few stairs down from the kitchen will lead you downstairs to one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with a queen bed. The two bedrooms share a full bath.

A few steps down from the kitchen take you to the living area with the 5th fairway views and two living room spaces with couches for relaxing in front of the gorgeous brick fireplace or watching tv. Enjoy the recently added Smart TV's w/ Netflix and surround sound. Strong wi-fi connection throughout the home for all your internet needs. A slider door leads you outside to a deck with furniture and a fireplace to enjoy the fairway views.

Off the living room is an open game room with a ping pong table, large TV and a small sized putting green. Down the hall from the game room you will find a half bathroom, and directly passed that you will enter a room with 4 twin beds. Further down the hallway you will find a master bedroom with a king sized bed with its own personal fireplace. This master also has a wonderful full bath with a jetted tub.

This home has two sets of washer & dryers!

You will want to stay again and again in this wonderfully comfortable home!

Wonderful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your own food or even toast in the new year in style! The management company was quick and kind to respond to any questions we had. If you want to have a small family or friend reunion, I highly recommend this place. It’s so close to hoodoo ski resort that the trip up and back is a breeze.
