This property worked beautifully for our family of 14 (ages 11-74)! There was room for all of us to sleep and hang out! We cooked several of our meals there and had everything we needed! We had deliveries of groceries from WalMart & Sam’s Club which was so convenient! It was extremely hot while we stayed so we didn’t use many of the amenities outside! Our family enjoyed playing games that were at the house and there was so much laughter filling the house. The house was very clean & we also felt very safe in the area! The hosts were super responsive to any messages sent! Overall it was a GREAT experience!!

If you want an amazing place to stay just a little outside the craziness of Nashville with adults and kids…this is the place! It was so amazing being close to so many hikes in parks and really close to Nashville without all the crazy hustle and bustle! The kids swam and played their hearts out while the parents could sit and talk. We loved all the space where families could spread out or be close together. Rachel and Stephanie were AMAZING HOSTS. They thought of everything when it came to a large group staying here. There were plenty of beds to move around if families needed as well as all of the essentials for littles. All of the kids cried when we left…and the adults were sad to go. Book this now! You won’t regret it!

Annual family trip

We had an amazing time at this location with our family that consisted of 19 family members with ages ranging from 2 to 68. Enough space throughout for everyone to spread out.

The property was just as pictured. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were very responsive. Check in and check we're easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We loved it!

Came with a group of friends with kids from different states, looking for a place big enough to keep us together, close enough to Nashville to visit, and far enough to have quiet. This place checked all the boxes! Kids loved the activities, adults loved the multiple kitchens and areas to hang out.

Perfect large group property

We had a great stay here. The house is designed well and clean. They have stocked it anticipating larger groups to stay. Little touches like blue tooth speakers to use make a big difference. Great place and would stay here again.

The property had two homes and two out buildings. The site felt more like a luxury villa than a rental. There were many kitchens, bedroom and social areas. The age ranges of our family ranges from 7 months to senior citizens. Everyone had a great time and we appreciated the ability to be together and to have private areas. Well worth the money.

So glad you all had the space to spread out and congregate in multiple areas, while still being able to retreat to a quiet corner of our ‘compound’ at the end of the day. Labor Day weekend

we had an amazing time on our family vacation visiting our daughter who lives in Nashville The property was beautiful With roomfor everyone to spread out. It was exceptionally wonderful that it’s pet friendly . I would highly recommend this property for families to come and enjoy a beautiful weekend in Nashville.

Fantastic for large families!!!

Plenty of space for our group of 15, beds to spare. Loved the additional kitchen spaces and the extra refrigerators came in handy. The fire pit area was great for family fun and stargazing. Games provided made so many shared memories! Nashvilles hidden gem. Great hosts had everything we needed covered. Thank you Rachel and Steph.

5* Stay Across The Board!

We went with a group of about 10-12 people and this place was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! Sleeping arrangements worked great for the whole group and the hangout section outside was perfect! We travel to a new place every year, but if we decide to come back this way any time soon we will definitely be checking the availability of this house first! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty options for sleeping arrangements that suited multi families and was perfect for our three families. Much to do on the property and close to Clarksville and Nashville. All the kids loved the plunge pool! Hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely rent again if we go back to the area!

Perfect Choice

We were there for the sub state baseball tournament. Our crew consisted of 6 players and their families. It was perfect for us! From the outdoor space to the indoor games, we had so much fun! Highly recommend!

This property was everything to me and my family that we still talking about how beautiful it was. The communication was spot on they even gave recommendations on some of there pizza spots and more. I will definitely be using this property again

Great Family Getaway

Annual extended family vacation, first time to Tennessee. Great communication with property owners and very responsive. Plenty of space to spread out and also get together. The weather was very hot the week we were there so we weren’t able to experience everything that was offered at the property. The family was very happy with their accommodations. Thank you.

Perfection

What an incredible place. You can see the love these sisters put into it. We had a mom's mental health retreat and even though it rained all weekend we still got to enjoy the fresh air and all the rooms made it easy to separate for reflection time. also BEST communicators, I felt like friends by the end!

The best experience for a large group. Would return and recommend .

The owners could not have been more communicative and helpful our entire stay. The property itself was gorgeous with so much space, and all of the kitchens and coffee bars were so helpful to be sure everybody didn’t feel like they were on top of each other. We had a group of 20 and it was plenty of room. We just loved the rural feel, but it was super easy to get to downtown Nashville as well. We used the pool and jacuzzi. Book this, you won’t regret it!
