A coffee station with a ground coffee maker is also provided. Gather around the vibrant dining table, which comfortably seats 8.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 stylish bedrooms and the living room. The property includes 2 full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your group.

* **Outdoor Oasis:** Your private backyard is a true highlight. Take a dip in the glowing, heated pool or relax in the in-ground spa. Grill a meal on the BBQ and gather around the firepit in the comfortable lounge area to enjoy the magical desert evenings.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house and its amenities. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the open-plan living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the two-car garage. You will also have the entire private backyard, with its pool, spa, BBQ, and lounge area, all to yourself for a truly comfortable and secluded stay.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which will be sent to you before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pool Heating:** There is an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum) to heat the pool. Please make this request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Heating for the in-ground spa is complimentary.

* **Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover processing fees. Refer to the booking platform's policy for refund amounts and scheduling.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Our professional housekeeping team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before each arrival, following the latest health and safety guidelines.
