Modern Updated Property

It has everything you need to for a proper stay. The furniture was comfortable and very nice. The kitchen was well appointed. Big TV with sound bar. We enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful property! This was our second time renting and Matt the owner is wonderful! Highly recommend! The house has everything that you need and the backyard space is wonderful. We will be back!

Was nice to be home

Returned home for the holidays and were very pleased with our choice. Very charming, very clean home with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and we had no issues whatsoever.. Would love to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. A all around!

Updated and comfy

I stayed here for a weekend with my 82 year old mother. Having one level and an open floor plan made it easy for her to get around. The furniture was comfortable and the finishes were modern and updated. Everything was very clean. There is a nice patio area out back and plenty of off road parking. I would definitely recommend booking your next visit here!

Very nice!

The house is very nice with easy access to many locations in mentor. The house was very clean and had an abundance of towels. The owner reached out right away after I booked, and was kind as well considerate. I would recommend this as a perfect central location for spending time in Mentor or Mentor-on-the lake. Great stay

We stayed for two nights, and were very impressed with our stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and we all slept great, there were tons of towels provided, everything was exceptionally clean, and it was spacious and perfect for what we needed.

Pleasant stay at a lovely house

We were very comfortable in the house - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was as well-stocked as noted in the listing. The house was comfortable for my elderly father, an important point for us. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

WOW... Outstanding!

The house was awesome. Matt (host) actually took the time to hear "my families" wants and needs. This was my first experience and we're already looking forward to booking again real soon. The house is beautiful, the beds were perfect, and they've thought of everything you should need to just bring a bag and enjoy! Neighbors were friendly. Location is EVERYTHING and this place delivers. Thanks again Brian

Mentor

Our family had a great stay at this new rental. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing just like being at home. Everything was easy to use and the directions left on the coffee table were very helpful. Loved that the back yard was fenced in for privacy and for little ones. Also it was only about a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Even had a grocery store right down the road.

Wonderful Stay!

The house was perfect for my family for our trip out to Cleveland, Ohio. The house was super clean with all new appliances and had everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located to stores and the highway and the driveway was big enough for two cars. Despite being completely remodeled the house had such a cozy feel to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested!

Felt like Home

We loved the decor and how clean everything was. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that was close to everything. It is a newer listing so even though the back yard needed some work, based on the inside, it will be fixed up in no time. It rained when we were there so we didn’t need to go out back.

Fathers Day weekend

Great location! Quick drive to store, food, mall, park, and beaches. Very comfortable stay and quick helpful responses from property manager. Definitely recommending and placing on the return list for future trips.

I liked that it was newly remodeled with new appliances. I didn't like that it had all new appliances with no instructions or directions on how to operate them properly or at all....such as the thermostat and stove.

Quiet, Clean, and Perfect Location

My husband needed to work during the day while I did spring gardening for my elderly mom. Internet connection was fast and reliable every day. The kitchen island was good for a standing desk for a 6 ft. tall person, with the cushioned chairs around the island to use, too. The location was perfect for us - within a decent walking distance of The Spot (or a 2 minute drive), a great place well-loved by people in the Mentor area for breakfast and lunch. A local grocery store is close to it. It was incredibly quiet there, the interior was all new - great water pressure on the shower, high toilet, brand new soft towels, comfortable, soft king bed; washing machine and dryer worked fine. We didn't do any cooking, (unless you count making morning coffee and toast) but everything you could want to bake and make a meal is there. We didn't use the outdoor space at all, which is a work in progress - not yet finished to the stellar standards of the inside of the house. We would definitely stay again and look forward to seeing how our host Matt finishes the backyard! Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay

We recently stayed in this beautiful home and had such a wonderful time. The home is beautifully done and had everything and more that we could have needed. Matthew is a great and kind host who is prompt to respond. We will definitely be revisiting this property again!!
