This beautiful recently renovated 5 bed /3 bath villa, With heated pool and spa* deck just 25 minutes from Disney in conservation area. near champions gate area!

With a brand-new energy efficient pool heater and new indoor furniture 5 large bedrooms one large master with en-suite with one queen bedroom with en-suite then two twin bedrooms and another queen bedroom with a large family room /& dining room with breakfast nook The living room steps onto the pool deck and one of the master bathrooms also has pool deck access. The bright kitchen also has a breakfast area. with upgraded LED Smart HDTV’s in all rooms. Main living area has cable tv too
Situated on popular community of Sandy Ridge, Davenport close to all the theme parks.

Snowbird Heaven

We stayed for 3 months. Villa was very clean when we arrived. Pool area is not terribly large. Only a few spots where you can get afternoon sun, thats probably the one concern we had.

House had everything needed for a few cheerleaders and their moms. Easy distance to shopping and theme parks. Great pool.

Very clean and nice 1 level home

Very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy. Our sole advice for improvement would be more kitchen items. Baking sheet, pizza cutter etc.

Roomy, clean and comfortable

Our stay was excellent. This home is very comfortable and roomy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I just want to mention the pool is not heated so it will cost $34 a day to have it heated. Lee was excellent to deal with and had the heat set up the day after I requested it. You will not be disappointed booking this VRBO.

Great vacation home

We had a great time at this home. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and wash rags and the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. It’s a great location close to 4 and 192. Publix and Aldi less then 5 min down the road. Only a couple negatives, we only had one garbage bag to last 7 nights with 5 of us staying at the house, there was soap or dishwasher tablets to do dishes with, and there’s no baking sheets to use the oven. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The space was perfect for our group. Pool heater worked great and the property was very clean - not something you can count on these days it seems. A large supply of quality towels was nice. The only improvement would be more silverware. Thanks for the enjoyable week!

Perfect for vacation

Nice home, very clean, plenty of towels. We felt comfortable there and the beds were comfortable, too. Didn't get to use the pool because the water was too cold and we did not pay for the optional pool heat, but that's ok. I wish the kitchen had a few more items such as cookie sheet, cake pan, pizza pan, etc. because we would have actually cooked instead of eating out every day, but we were on vaca so I got a break from cooking! Host was responsive when I had a question about the trash. Home is about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport so that was good. My only "issue" is the number of cars that park on the street. It's a relatively narrow street so we had to be careful pulling in and out of the driveway because of cars parked on the street across from our house. Despite that, would recommend this home for a vacation stay.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation

Stayed here with 3 others on a short golf trip. It had everything that we needed. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Location was good for our needs in terms of golf courses, restaurants, and groceries.
