    We had a wonderful time at the Amazing Views house! There was tons of space for everyone, lots of activity and the best location for relaxation. We had the pond on one side (I wish we had brought a remote control boat) a great neighbor on the other side, end of the cul-de-sac in front and a beautiful open field in the back. We enjoyed seeing cows, horses, several birds and even a deer one morning! The pool and hot tub were heated at a reasonable extra cost and the hot tub was the hottest one we’ve rented in over 15 houses (let it run for a full cycle). Michael was a terrific communicator and was very accommodating to our special requests. I would def stay here again.

    Great house just south of Orlando. Not super close to restaurants in Orlando and have to jump on the highway for most activities but having a nice place to get back and relax at was wonderful. Pool and hot tub are amazing, hot tub actually gets hot! Need to fix the sliding glass door going to the pool though, we used the side door because it was such a pain in the rear.

    Quiet Amazing Property

    We stayed over the 4th of July. The property and views were beautiful. There was more then enough room to accommodate our family of 6. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for us. We were able to have a little cookout on the 4th and the house had everything we needed to do so. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Communication with the host was very good as well. Will for sure look into staying here next time I come to Florida. Would recommend this property to anyone with a larger family.

    Nice clean property good location

    Overall stay was great! If I had to complain it would be the property needs wash clothes plenty of towels just one wash cloth to share with the family, and maybe get an actual charcoal/propane grill other then a standup George Foreman

    Great experience

    Everything was as described in listing. Super easy check in process. House was spacious and comfortable. We had issues with the hot tub and pool heat but the host was great and took care of us. Wonderful communication and made the whole process pleasant and easy. We will be booking with this property again next year.

    Great location but a little worn

    This rental is very quiet and has a nice setting. There are farm animal behind in the back but they are not a nuisance and don’t smell. On the end of a cul de sac with a water retention pond on one side. There is lots of room inside. The kitchen is stocked with any equipment you would need to prepare your meals. Overall it is a nice stay but somewhat worn inside. It could use new flooring, paint and furniture. We would stay here again though.

    We had a wonderful time in this house! From start to finish Michael was very easy to work with and get in touch with. The location of the property to food, entertainment, parks, gas and groceries is very convenient. The property is located at the end of the street which was so peaceful, only 1 neighbor on the side, the other side a pond and the back with a farm. Felt very private! House was as promised and very well stocked with towels, cooking utensils, and extra linens. We've been renting vacation homes for 10+ years and would rent this home again and definitely from Michael! Thanks for the great place to stay!

    Great Views!

    Overall stay was fine and the views are amazing. The house needs some TLC and updating. House needs updated pictures and definitely needs new livingroom couches and the bedding very dated. The house has so much potential, just needs some TLC. The patio needs a good power wash and pool lounge furniture does not exist like in the photos. Hot tub heat was the most frustrating part. You need to heat the hot tub prior to each use which takes about an hour and a half. Once it was warm it was great sitting and watching the animals in the pasture. The views are amazing. The dryer was broken and we were not told prior to arriving. We found out when the repair man randomly showed up one morning to try fix it. We were compensated for these frustrations which was very appreciated. Kitchen was great and everything we needed.If this house is updated it would be a great place to rent again.

    PROS: The home is nice and spacious, located at only 20 minutes from the Disney parks. The pool was great and the view amazing. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back porch looking at cows and horses. My kids had fun playing in the garage with the air hockey table. Also the home offered washer and dryer (no laundry detergent) which was nice to use during our stay. Check in and check out were very easy and the host Michael was very responsive.CONS: the house wasn’t very clean. Under toilet seats there were some poop stains. The comforters and pillow cases were stained and didn’t have a fresh clean scent. All the pillows were flat. After our (uncomfortable) first night we had to go buy new pillows.The 4 twin beds have very loud and ripped mattress protectors, the sound didn’t allow our kids to sleep and they could feel the bumps under the fitted sheet, so I had to remove them. Every night we killed at least 3 roaches in one of the master bathrooms. On one of the walls right next to the bed there was a dead bug still squished that the cleaning crew could have easily cleaned (I removed it). Also microwave keeps operating even when is off or when door is opened.I need to mention that there is also a railroad not too far from the house.Overall a good stay.

    BS review. She tried her best to get a big discount before the stay. Did not mention any of these things during her stay. Just another one trying to get a free stay. I work hard to provide the best possible experience for every guest. Any issues are handled immediately. We work hard as small businesses to succeed, people like this make it that much more difficult.

    Pretty decent

    House was clean, pool area was adequate but smaller than it appeared in pics. Location was ok, at the end of a cul de sac which was nice to be at the end because the houses are very close together. The drive to Disney is right at 20 minutes. There is a nearby train visible from the house but it was not disturbing at all from inside. The neighborhood is congested and the neighbor literally had a toilet outside between the two houses, not giving a great first impression. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It is important to note that the field of horses also has cattle. It did not stink or smell at all. I chose this house mainly because my daughter loves horses and the first day I was upset because there were just cows, however on day 2 we did see the horses. There is a shared bathroom near 2 bedrooms where I had my children stay, this bathroom also leads out to the pool lanai area. The door that leads outside is glass, we had to put a sheet over that door so that the people on the lanai could not see the people using the bathroom. That was my biggest issue. The sliders that lead to the lanai from the living room comes off track very easily if you don’t open and close it quite slowly. The home was sufficiently stocked but I wouldn’t say well stocked.. please take extra trash bags, dish detergent, paper towels, etc. This house was adequate if you know what to expect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area.

    Okay I guess

    The house itself is nice, but the bed in the master bedroom is horrible and uncomfortable. My back was sore every morning that I woke up. Also none of the tvs worked besides the living room and even on that one the sound went in and out. When contacting the owners they said that they were unaware which is hard for me to believe and they tried to charge me $25 to come out and fix the tvs because they said that was not an emergency. So I've paid all this money to stay here from Thursday through Sunday with kids and none of the tvs work and no one can come.out unless I pay,wow! After saying I wasn't ok with that they didn't even reply back afterwards or anytime to check and see if they had started working or anything the whole trip. The water barely gets hot in any of the bathrooms and the washing machine knob doesn't work properly other than that like I said it's Okay I guess.

    Please do yourself a favor and do not rent to Shada. She will not respect you or your property. She was trying to get out of paying for her stay. What a joke about the 4 TV’s in the house. Not knowing how to use the remote controls does not mean they aren’t working. Same for the washing machine. They were all checked and working properly. The house has a hot water tank. Common sense tells you that if you use all the hot water in the tank it can take a bit to fill again.

    Not a great experience

    Dirty floors. Holes in the wall and shower. Most Lights and fans didn't work. Found a live roach and lots of ants. Only trash bag was the one in the kitchen trash so couldn't change it. Only half role of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to buy some. One tiny package of detergent so we had to buy more and the dryer took 3 times to get laundry dry. No kitchen soap. Pool table was broken. No net at the pool to clear out the bugs. Lights didn't work outside only the pool light in the pool. The sliding door was broke like someone broke in and they had just kinda fixed a way to keep it shut but it was open when we got there. This is just a few things. I messaged the owner that first night and the next day he responded and basically didn't care that we were unhappy and barely acknowledged it. We're not picky people but my goodness it was a lot that was wrong and not ok. Oh the beds were horrible. Even my 7 year old was like this is just springs!! Also The flattest pillows ever.

    Horrible guests! Completely trashed the house and broke multiple items. This is not a hotel with maid service, show some respect for other peoples property. She would not take responsibility for anything, stating that she found it that way. The house is professionally cleaned and everything checked before check in. Stay clear and save yourself a headache by not renting to her.

    An amazing vacation!

    This vacation rental was perfect for my family. Plenty of space and amenities, not to mention the privacy...simply amazing! The owner is very kind and accommodating, thank you for everything Michael! I will definitely visit this beautiful home again. I already miss the indoor pool and jacuzzi.
