Our home is the 5th house from the beach, which is a two-minute easy walk away (0.1 mi) and a convenient 15-minute walk (0.7 mi) to the popular, Coligny Plaza. Our home features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (one outdoor), and comfortably sleeps 17 guests.

Our beach is dog-friendly and quiet, even during busy summer months. Feels like your own private beach!

From April 1 to September 30, reservations of 7 nights or more include a complimentary PRIVATE 2hr Rosé Sunset Sail on a catamaran with Island Head Sailing. Guests book directly. Subject to availability. Recommend booking as soon as reservation with us is confirmed.

This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

*Pool heating is available year round. From April 1 - September 30, pool heating is included in the nightly rate. From October 1 - March 31, pool heating is available at $75/day. For reservations of 7 nights or more, pool heating is included complimentary*

**Pool safety is our top priority! If anyone in your group has sound sensitivity, please be aware that there are LOUD pool alarms on all doors leading to the pool. The alarm bypass button is on the inside and outside door and must be pushed BEFORE opening these doors to deactivate the alarm. Doors and windows can't be left open or the alarm will sound after 7 seconds. Gates leading to the pool are also equipped with alarms and are self closing. Even with these safety measures, all children and vulnerable persons must be supervised at all times.**

***Please observe the Town of Hilton Head Island's Noise Ordinance by respecting quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Privacy-safe noise monitors are installed and utilized to notify guests***

**PET-FRIENDLY - up to 2 pets are allowed at a rate of $150/pet. For example, 1 pet would be an additional $150 per reservation. Two pets would be an additional $300 per reservation. For the safety of your pet, you must bring a pet crate. If your pet is left unattended, they must be placed in a crate indoors with access to food and water. Time left unattended should be kept at a minimum. The guest will be charged for any damage done by the pet**
