Welcome to the Potomac Pearl! Enjoy a tranquil getaway in a bright, airy open concept home with an incredible view of the Potomac River from the front porch. Relax in a quiet neighborhood setting that’s just a short 5 min drive or golf cart ride to town center of Colonial Beach.

Recline on our comfortable sectional with a 75” Roku TV in the living room, overlooking a modern kitchen with granite countertops, island with 4 barstools, dining table and a well-stocked kitchen. French doors open out to a spacious backyard with a beautiful 6 person hot tub. Sleep in one of three bedrooms: Full over Full Bunk beds with a twin trundle, a queen platform bed or the master with a king-sized bed - all with luxury hotel bedding, smart TV’s and charging station nightstands.

Stay cozy in any season, equipped with central AC, heat and an electric fireplace. Includes a highchair, pack ‘n play and games for the little ones.

I had an amazing stay. Stayed for a long weekend and this property had everything we needed and more. Stuff for children, ziploc bags and more. Very clean and a lot larger than it looks from the outside. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back if im ever in the area.

There were games and puzzles. The kitchen had almost every pot, pan, utensil and gadget you would need. The hot tub in back and front porch rockers with a view made for a great week.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and inviting home! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our sister retreat. The space easily accommodated all seven of us, and we felt right at home the entire time. Due to the weather, we didn’t get to use the hot tub — it would have been amazing! Still, we had a lovely time relaxing and reconnecting. Highly recommended!

Loved every minute of our stay

The home is beautiful, clean, and the host is very attentive. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a rental!!! Quiet comfort in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Home is the most well stocked that we ever stayed in. Very clean. Living room and kitchen were the perfect area for a family to hang together. We came to visit my son, his wife, their toddler and brand new baby. It was a perfect space. The hot tub was also a plus!

Short notice stay

The property was perfect for our stay and needs with a 1 year old. During our stay we had an unexpected snowstorm and the neighbors kindly shoved the walkway and brought an extra shovel for us to shovel the driveway so we could leave as needed. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive when we reached out. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Lovely Home

This was the perfect spot and everything was seamless. The host was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with advice. The home was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds and they had a lot of nice amenities that aren't in some VRBOs. Great job and very lovely, - we appreciated the hospitality very much!!

Amazing home!

The house was beautiful! Clean, in great shape. Hot tub was just the thing we needed. Kitchen was amazing! Beds were a little on the soft side but that’s just a preference issue on my part. The chocolates on the pillows were an amazing touch. Thank you for the home! Davina was quick to reply to any questions.

4th of July at the Potomac Pearl

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. It was just a short golf cart trip into town and to the beach (no more than 10 mins). The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend! On a side note, the fireworks show on the beach was great! We enjoyed live music at Dockside and the Icehouse Brewery. Great for a little weekend getaway.

Amazing Summertime Getaway

This place was hands-down the best rental I've ever booked, meaning VRBO or hotel. The entire house looks like it was just upgraded a month ago. Beautifully appointed with all modern amenities right down to easy-access outlets and USB ports built into the bedside tables. The location is fantastic: the Potomac is literally 2 houses away, visible from the front door. The whole little peninsula of Colonial Beach is drivable in 10 minutes or less. Groceries, pharmacies, gas stations, golf cart rentals, all less than 5 minutes away. The hot tub is super easy to use, there are big TVs in every room, complete with all the streaming apps, for downtimes when you're exhausted from being out in the sun for hours and hours. The host was very communicative and friendly, replying to my questions very quickly and thoroughly. I can't say enough about this place. We're already talking about possibly coming back to Colonial Beach and staying here again some Summer in the near future.
