Nice location

The property was clean inside and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. And a nice central location in a quiet neighborhood. The yard looks pretty bad but that was just visual. The only problem was the ac. The house has rolling units in each room that don’t cool enough. And because they are screwed into the windows, the windows don’t open. So while it cooled down at night we couldn’t open the windows to take advantage of the cool air and instead were mildly uncomfortable with the temp. There are no screens on the sliding door nor one window in the whole house that opened. We ended up having to open the doors to cool down the house. It let bugs in. The downstairs was also rented and when people cooked it made the upstairs smell.

The communication and check in process was seamless. The property is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to a very nice park.

Extra touches

Home had all the extra touches that I loved but never see. Coffee, plenty to towels etc. a few snacks. Spices etc in kitchen. Look before you go to store. Very clean. Yard, so therefore first impression wasn’t great.
