Direct Oceanfront Stunning 2 BR/extended balcony with golf, tennis, fitness

Impeccably updated 2 bedroom/2 bath, direct oceanfront condo on Indian River Plantation. A wonderful ocean view from the expansive patio will grab you the moment you enter. This unit has about 2 1/2 times the balcony of many other units in the building - spanning both Master BR and Living room, extra deep on one half for lovely upscale dining furniture -- enjoy your morning coffee and candle-lit takeout at the best table in Florida! Dine while watching the ocean and the pelicans, listening to the surf! Breeze-resistant candles included!

All new decorator furnishings makes this condo one of a kind. Historic Stuart and quaint Jensen Beach are a short drive away. Great restaurants and shopping including an upscale Publix supermarket (less than a mile) and a Fresh Market within a short drive. This unit has a Marriot membership - Marriot golf, tennis, fitness center and tiki bar are available with additional fee paid to Marriot. The Pelican building shares a beautiful pool with Spoonbill next door, included in regular rental with no Marriot Membership needed for the building pool.

Towels and linens provided. Beach chairs, toys, pool noodles, boogie boards and a skim board, beach towels and umbrella included. Also a portacrib. Roku with Guest Mode on tv to sign into your own shows, 6 port usb hub for charging, high speed internet, easy door code check in. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, Calphalon pots and pans, everything you need for any meal prep. Easy door code check-in.

The beach in front of this building is very peaceful and quiet, deep with soft sand and steps away from your front door!

First time in this area and we loved it! The condo was just as described! Clean, spacious, well stocked, and the beach/ocean were great! We were easily able to cook many of our own meals as well as get in rounds of golf with the guest membership. We had the lap pool there by the tennis courts all to ourselves! Kathleen was responsive and accommodating. We’d recommend to others and hope to be back!

Very clean and accommodating

I am very particular about cleanliness; it exceed my expectations! We also prefer to eat in so we were very thankful for how well the kitchen was stocked! Our only suggestion would be having a regular toaster vs a toaster oven, but that is completely our personal preference :) We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kathleen!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing week at the beach front condo. Awesome view from large balcony. The weather was great and spent much time on the balcony and beach. The condo was well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella. The Stuart/Jensen beach area had nice restaurants and tourist amenities

Magnificent views; comfortable accommodations

The condo unit is set up with the comfort of the guests in mind. My husband and I were very familiar with the neighborhood and its resources and this particular unit matched our expectations. The host responded to our questions immediately that allowed us to relax into vacation mode quickly and alleviated any concerns that we may have had as first time VRBO participants. This was extremely important to us. The location at the beach and the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean from the main bedroom, living area and porch will call you back for another visit. My husband and I would recommend this property without reservation.

Very nice

We had wonderful weather except for the last day, which was surprising being on the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. We originally thought we would have to cancel our trip. There was some construction going on in the building next to ours that faced the pool, but other than that I would highly recommend this property. Kathleen was wonderful to deal with and very quick with her responses, making sure everything was just perfect.

A wonderful and very comfortable two bedroom Florida condominium with beautiful ocean views from a spacious balcony. Just steps from the beach and very close to golf, tennis and other resort amenities. Owner was terrific and quite responsive. Thank you so much!

Great beachfront location

If you want beachfront, look no further than this unit! The extra large balcony was our go to hangout spot, especially during rainstorms, and the condo has everything you need for the beach. A quiet and well maintained building, close to Publix and downtown Stuart, we really enjoyed our stay.

Peace and Tranquility

We had a very relaxing two week stay. While we were there, in early May, the building was quiet and neighbors were nice. The unit was clean and offered all the comforts of home. In the early evening, we enjoyed having our dinner out on the balcony. It was like having our own private restaurant, with an ocean view!! I'm an older gent and not very "tech savy". When I asked for help, Kathleen, the owner, responded immediately. And I thank her for that. She was very helpful and quite warm and considerate. We have stayed in a number of VRBO's and I have to say that this was a very nice experience!! GW

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was absolutely wonderful! It is truly a home away from home. The condo is fully stocked and you want for nothing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms have the necessities and there's all the beach gear you need! We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the sunrises and having afternoon cocktails and the beach and pool were just steps away. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo and are looking forward to staying again next spring! Thank you, Kathleen, for accommodating us!

Amazing place

Easily one of the nicest condos I have rented. The location is ideal-I’m going to miss falling asleep to crashing waves every night. The kitchen is very Well stocked with quality cookware. Kathleen responded within minutes to each message. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Condo with beautiful views

This is my second time staying in this unit (last time in 2019). It is beautiful with gorgeous ocean views and a big balcony with dining table and lounge chairs. Plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy as a group. Unit was very clean. We were disappointed with a few details- no paper towels, napkins, sponges, or trash bags in the unit and also loud construction on the roof that began at 8 am on the weekdays. During our stay our keyless entry broke which the hosts quickly addressed but unfortunately we had to leave our unit unlocked when we weren’t there for the rest of the week which wasn’t ideal as a group of young women. This unit is beautiful and worth the view, but would hope for it to be better stocked in the future.

Exceptional Location / Very Clean

Exceptional stay. The place was as described and has a great view of the ocean. Amenities are great in the condo. Property manager communicated very very well. Condo was very clean and well maintained. The place was also well outfitted with plates, dishes, and consumables such as bags, foil and other things I would normally not expect. The place is clearly managed and owned with care. You cannot beat the location.

We are from Upstate NY in a small town near snowy Syracuse. We instantly fell in love with Hutchinson Island! We love the natural aspect of so many public parks and beach accesses, the quiet beauty of the beach right in front of our condo, and the fabulous restaurants and amenities so close. We especially love the big double balcony of our unit - falling asleep to ocean sounds and dining on the beautiful balcony with stunning surroundings!

We love sharing this space with others - it's too beautiful not to share! We enjoy making the space comfortable, welcoming and homey for our guests. We want our guests to feel like the space is theirs for their stay! Every time we are at the condo, we are constantly thinking from a guest's point of view - what would you want, what would make the space more comfortable, what would enhance the natural beauty?

We look forward to sharing this beautiful spot with you and hope you love it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There is nothing on the east coast quite like Hutchinson Island! Unparalleled natural beauty abounds all up and down the island with public access in many parks both ocean and river side. We love that we are not limited to the beach right at our condo (although that IS our favorite).

We love our condo area especially because it is not right on the main road - quiet and peaceful! Just as close to everything but away from the hubbub! The southern causeway right out the plantation exit leads to the best section of the mainland - plenty of amenities and upscale natural food stores, keep going straight and you run directly into charming, historic, unique downtown Stuart - with all it has to offer - so close!
