Enjoyable R&R in a lovely beach condo

The condo was very nice and exactly has expected per the listing. Our host was great to work with and very kind, too!! We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, lazy river and easy beach access. And the view from the nicely appointed balcony was fabulous!!

Beautiful condo - amazing view & great location!

The property gave us a great impression with the amazing view and sound of ocean! It is such a beautiful/cozy/nicely decorated condo that’s so conveniently located and very well stocked. What a relaxing and super fun experience for our family! And I have to say owner Bill is great!!

Awesome location

We had a great stay at this property. It is hard to beat the location. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to take in the great view. The kids really enjoyed the beach and the swimming pools. The unit had everything we needed and the owners were very communicative. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

This is a lovely property, just as it's pictured. The design is very beach oriented, with comfortable furniture and a well equiped kitchen. It has a great balcony that can easily seat eight people, and an amazing view. It's very clean and well maintained, and the owners provided the easy check-in instruction. You'll love your stay here.

Beach Cozy

The place was beautiful, just like pictures. Owner was available and friendly. Overall a great stay. The building could use a like updating but still nice. Only complaint was no bathroom at the pool area. There were public bathrooms, one floor up, but they were locked most days. Would stay there again.!

Lovely Getaway!

Overall a great experience! Condo was tastefully decorated. Each room unique and fun. Owners had excellent communication and were concerned that all of our needs were met. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Master bath has an amazing shower. Unfortunately our time was cut short due to oncoming storm. Owners called to check on us and make sure we were safe. Very kind and considerate towards our family! Would love to get the opportunity to return!

Beautiful property overlooking North Myrtle Beach! Host’s description and pictures are right on! Very tastefully and beachy done! Homey and comfortable with a grate balcony for watching the waves roll in. Fast communication with the host with minor questions! Highly recommended for adult families or those with younger children. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

Great Christmas 2022

My family and I wanted to start traveling for Christmas so we decided to start somewhere local for our first year and the stay was wonderful. Everything was clean easy check-in. The weather got really cold and there was some slight water issues but nothing that caused problems it was fixed before we knew it. Thank you we look forward to returning during the warmer months.

A+ experience

I would recommend this property to everyone I know. The owners are amazing and wonderful. Sent donuts to us the morning of check out. So super sweet. We didn’t have a remote for the living room tv and they had one door dashed over. I can’t say enough wonderful things! Everyone should stay in this beautiful place. And perfect view! Thank you for making our stay and our grandsons birthday everything we could have wanted

Wonderful Stay!!

The property was perfect for us. The amenities (pool, hot tub and lazy river) were enjoyable but the beach was our favorite part. With a view from the 9th floor, it really couldn’t be beat. And the condo was updated and had all of the conveniences from home. The complex was close to conveniences (Kroger and Walmart) and was also close to some really good restaurants. With limited parking in downtown N. Myrtle Beach, it was easy to walk into town and experience that area. Overall, we would definitely recommend Bill’s place to anyone! I am being very nitpicky, but the only downfall was that the cut through to the beach was locked until 9am so if you wanted to go for an early morning walk, it was difficult to wash off before returning to our room. But that was not a big deal! It was a wonderful vacation!! We look forward to returning!
