This newly remodeled townhouse features great amenities in an unbeatable location making it a perfect vacation home for year-round fun! The 3-bedroom townhouse has beautiful modern details, an open common area, and access to shared pools, a hot tub, and more! Located an easy half-mile walk to the sandy kid-friendly Bristlecone beach, minutes away from a bike path and Tahoe City, and a short drive to several ski resorts, endless outdoor adventures are just outside your door!

The Space:
This newly remodeled 3br/2.5ba townhouse features a two-story layout perfect for giving everyone the privacy they need for a great night’s sleep upstairs, while still enjoying plenty of room to connect with your group in the open and social downstairs. You will love the modern details this home features with beautiful countertops and flooring, stylish decor, and comfortable furniture.

The entryway of the home will take you into the light-filled living room, a cozy space filled with stylish details. The living room has plenty of seating space for your group on the large sectional sofa with a bean bag chair, coffee table, lamp, and rug rounding out the space. Enjoy a relaxing evening in this room as you warm up by the wood fireplace in a beautiful stone heart, watch a movie on the 50” Roku TV, or enjoy a game night with one of the many games you will find in the cupboard by the TV. Just off the living room are the open dining area and kitchen. In the dining area, you will find a large wood table with seating for 6 next to sliding glass doors that lead out to the private back patio. Enjoy relaxing in this private outdoor space on the two patio chairs, or prepare a meal on the propane BBQ perfect for summer dinners. Connected to the dining area is the beautiful fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your group. The kitchen features updated marble countertops, a large kitchen island, stylish lighting fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and a full range of cookware including a crockpot and blender. The chef in your group will love preparing a meal in this renovated space!

Off the back of the kitchen, you will find the downstairs half bathroom for shared use. Conveniently located in this area is also a full laundry room complete with a washer and dryer and cabinet space so you can keep up with any laundry needs while on your vacation.

When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find the home’s three bedrooms located on the upper level of the townhouse. The separation of space between the sleeping area and common space makes for a quiet environment for everyone in your group o get a good night's sleep! The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a Roku TV, and an attached bathroom. The master bathroom is a gorgeous space with marble countertops on the single-sink vanity, a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, and an attached spacious closet providing ample storage space. The first guest bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with stylish bedding, two lamps, a cozy chair, and a bright window. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a nightstand in-between and a dresser. All of the bedrooms feature new plush carpeting for added comfort. Rounding out the upstairs is the shared full bathroom located between the two guest bedrooms. The bathroom is a bright and clean space with lovely countertops on the single-sink vanity, under-the-sink storage space, and a shower/bathtub combo with a sliding glass door.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the many wonderful HOA amenities the home includes such as two pools and tennis courts in the summer months and year-round access to the shared hot tub and sauna!

The Neighborhood:
For those looking to fully enjoy everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer you couldn’t choose a better place to stay! Centrally located near the city, beaches, and mountains, whatever type of adventure you are after this home will have you near it all! Just three miles from Tahoe City, this home places you a half-mile walk from the beautiful and sandy Bristlecone beach and Skylandia beach, both offering amenities such as BBQ areas and walking trails to have a family fun day in the sun. Or, head down the street where you can access a bike path that can take you for a nice stroll in the woods or all the way down the west shore to the famous Meeks Bay. In the winter months, you are only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski resorts, 25 minutes from Northstar ski resort, and less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic center where you can XC ski and snowshoe. If a little less outdoor adventure is what you're looking for, you are only a few miles from the cute town of Tahoe City where you will find grocery stores, a wide variety of places to eat, cute boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, farmers market, and live music. This little place has everything you need to enjoy a North Lake Tahoe Vacation!

Getting Around:
Centrally located just off HWY 28 and within walking distance of a public transportation stop you can get by without having a vehicle if needed. Less than half a mile walk from the home will take you to the public transportation TART stop at HWY 28 at Old Mill RD on the Mainline route which runs along the entire western shore of Lake Tahoe from Tahoma to the north shore at Incline Village. Or make use of being just three miles from Tahoe City and connect to one of the many bus lines there taking you to locations such as Northstar California Resort or Olympic Valley. The home’s central location places you within quick access to the main highway so you can enjoy the many beautiful surrounding areas within a 25-minute drive or less! In the winter hit the ski slopes at Northstar Ski Resort or Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts, both a 25 -minute drive away, or make a less than 5-minute drive to the Tahoe City Nordic center where you can XC ski. In the summertime, you are within a short drive, and even walking distance, to several beaches such as Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia.

Tahoe has many taxi companies, and seasonally UBER and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. However, there are fans located in every room.

If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions.

If you are renting this home from April until the first snowfall, there are NO fires allowed in Lake Tahoe.

Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note, the Family Fun Pool and Quiet Pool are open seasonally, with the Quiet Pool available only in the summer. The sauna and hot tub are open year-round.


Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Home away from home

This condo made the perfect "home base" for our summer stay at Lake Tahoe. It had everything we needed -- a kitchen with plenty of plates, mugs, and gear, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, a working TV with basic cable, board games and puzzles, and an overall modern look and feel. It felt newer and cleaner than our own home. It seemed to have everything we needed -- towels for the beach, basic beach toys, kitchen staples like oil, salt, pepper, etc. We enjoyed our time at the community pool and tennis courts too. The unit is a five-minute walk to the lake to a secluded beach. It's perfectly located between Tahoe City and King's Beach. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to either area. One nitpick is that the unit is advertised as having A/C. However, it seemed like it only had heat. When we set to the thermostat to "cool", only hot air came from the vents. I didn't see any condensers outside. Fortunately, the weather wasn't too hot and there were fans in all the bedrooms. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear noises from the adjacent units. Fortunately, people were polite about honoring the quiet periods (10pm to 7am). We didn't communicate with the host, but everything went smoothly. We hope this unit is available the next time we travel to Lake Tahoe!

Great convenience and value

The condo has great value in a good location. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pans and dishes for a good sized group. Loading in and out is easy, with parking right out the front door. Kids love the staircase and having a "fort" underneath. There is only one tub and shower, with the second 1/2 bath right off the kitchen. Restroom layout is the only thing that seems tight with a 3bd and everyone getting ready in the AM. The fireplace would benefit from a glass front that had venting at the bottom. The wood didn't get necessary draft to burn efficiently, so get smaller wood. Its a nice addition regardless.

Great location, great house. Communication excellent!

The house is in a great location and nice neighborhood. You can walk to the beach and is only 15 min from skiing resorts. Close to grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend it for any family/group 6-7.
