Wintertime visitors will love the easy proximity to snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing at Christmas Mountain. No matter when you're here, don't leave without sampling some of the Dells' famous fudge. Luckily for you, your condo at Chula Vista is only three miles from the downtown area's shops, restaurants, bars, and candy stores. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

At the condo itself, you'll find plenty of room to spread out, as well as highlights like the gorgeous jetted tub and fireplaces in both the primary bedroom and living room. Whip up a meal in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then grab a bite together at one of the tables. Even better, visit one of several on-site restaurants and let someone else cook for you. Evening entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, and WiFi. End the night in either the primary bedroom or extra sleeping space - another dreamy Dells day begins tomorrow.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
