NEW CONSTRUCTION Beach House in a prime location!

BE one of the first guests! Conveniently located with very very close access to the beach, King & Prince Resort, and VERY SHORT walking distance to many restaurants. 100 Feet to Crab Trap & Crab Daddy's as well as many other famous shops/eateries here on SSI.

The first floor opens to the kitchen, dining and living room areas with gas log fireplace. All the windows provide tons of natural light. Kitchen has a huge quartz island with a modern look and tons of cabinets. Master bedroom is on the main level featuring hardwood floors and opens onto the covered deck with plenty of hangout space and outdoor TV. Master bathroom has double vanity and tiled spa soaking tub/shower combination.

Upstairs you will find two queen bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. In the common area upstairs we have a large TV and sleeper sofa with mattress. There is one more bedroom (3 total bedrooms upstairs) with a queen bed and day bed with private bath that is very large and great for kids and adults. To complete the home there is a nice outdoor living area, great for entertaining including a large smart tv.

We have a desk off the main hall for remote work with a printer and work station.

All brand new furniture, high end mattresses, local artwork, and close proximity to nearly everything this house is a Winner.

Excellent home for a beach vacation!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful beach home! The location was great, a mile from the southern islands restaurants and shops. It was a minimal walk to the beach, and several very tasty restaurants within a less than 5 minute walk from the vacation home. The home had a bright and cheerful decor. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Modern decor. A private fenced in back yard and back patio. We will definitely stay there again when venturing to St. Simons again!

quiet, relaxing home

We enjoyed this quiet, relaxing home for a few days. there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own quiet alone time as needed. The bamboo, plants and trees were beautiful. Can't get much better with regards to the location, unless you're on the beach. It was near everything. nice kitchen to use if you don't want to eat out all the time. the upper level outside deck was pretty great too. important note for those with pets, the backyard is not fully fenced in.

This house is very nice. It is brand new, very close to the beach, with upgraded appliances. Close to several restaurants too. Most “dog friendly” homes look worn, not this house. I highly recommend.

Greatly exceeded expectations !!

Home condition is NEW. Lots of thought obviously went into decor and appliances. Perfect location in St. Simons with two minute walk to beach or four good restaurants. Two "negative" comments - (1) current VRBO photo understates the spacious and high end interior and (2) Concerned that we are leaving with goal of updating and upgrading our own home. High marks to the owner.

Beautiful home in perfect location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our dog in this beautiful home. It was far more space than we needed, so it would be great for a larger family. We absolutely loved the location; it’s an easy walk to the beach and right next to several great restaurants, shops and a brewery. Would highly recommend this rental!

This house is so gorgeously decorated. It was also the perfect size for our family of 8. The location is so convenient to everything we needed. It is only 1 block from the beach, and is right next to great restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you need, including coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook and eat in. Ryan is great with communication. We will be renting Ryan’s house again.

Ryan, our house manager, takes excellent care of our guests and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor, he's only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location! You can walk to a great deal of places and not have to worry about parking from the location of this house. It's a five minute walk to the beach and it's about 50 feet away from the famous Crab Daddy's and Crap Trap! Also across the street is a great local brewery, Barrier Island Brewery, Pelican Market, The Still (Liquor Store), other neat local shops, and Fiddlers- great locally caught sea food in a great atmosphere. This is the place to stay if you want the to be in the heart of everything and only 2 blocks from the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Everything here is brand new, the house was finished just a few months ago in 2022 and we have all new furniture here, linens, upgraded appliances, and had the place professionally decorated by a local interior designer.
