The beach house is definitely a place I would go back to. David was an excellent host. Always available and very professional. I loved that it is a pet friendly property and my puppies were able to stay with me.

The Beach House Bungalow was perfect! My husband and I brought our 13 year old son for a back to school, birthday trip and it was everything we expected! We have always stayed in other areas of Myrtle Beach bc we were not excited about things we hear about the downtown area, but David and his families rental completely changed how we see the area. Very quiet and private when you are at the Bungalow but close enough to keep a teenager entertained without driving up and down the strand. (You still can though bc you are so conveniently located to the main road. ) If you are not into doing any attractions and want to just relax by the ocean, this place is for you too. We could have not left and completely enjoyed our selves. David was very quick to respond but also will let you just enjoy your vacation without constant check ins! Highly recommend property!

We loved our stay here! Super clean, very friendly hosts with excellent, timely communication, plus a great location two stop signs from the beach and close to amenities! The house was stocked with all kinds of odds & ends too which is helpful in case you forgot something. This is without a doubt the cleanest rental we’ve had. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!

Our family had an amazing time here! The property was clean, the host was very quick with communication, quickly responded to our requests, and we didn't want for anything. Our children loved the hot tub, we definitely earned cool points with that! We easily walked to the beach, avoiding paid parking. We loved this home and will definitely be back!

Perfect beach spot

Owner was super helpful and responsive. As advertised, only a couple minute walk to the beach. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers and an eight year old on our trip for three nights and we all felt comfortable. Would definitely rent here again!

Great Location!

Our stay was amazing and truly within walking distance to stores, restaurants, the beach, fishing piers! Less than 10min drive to get to the airport, movie theater, and other attractions around Myrtle Beach. The house was adorable, a very true beach cottage. The half bath was a great extra and the double bunks in two of the rooms perfect for the kids! Thank you for hosting a great house, that also has a fenced in yard and hot tub for those cool nights, in such an accessible area.

We chose this house because it was close to the hotel our child was staying in for baseball and it accepted dogs. The house is as advertised and the host was very responsive, but could be cleaner. It is close to the beach and boardwalk. Outdoor furniture had to be wiped down before using and the couch cushions out there were dirty. Our biggest concern was the neighborhood. Whether coincidence or not there was two medical emergencies right next door and we did not feel safe walking our dogs at night.

I'm sorry about the cleanliness issues you encountered. We fired 2 cleaners this week and are working hard to find replacements. Regarding the neighborhood, this is the first we've heard from guests regarding medical emergencies nearby and the nextdoor property is also a short term vacation rental so we agree with you that it was likely a coincidence what you encountered.

The location was perfect. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Many days we didn’t drive anywhere- although malls and other shopping was only 3 miles away. The house was very cute and well maintained. We traveled with our 2 pups and they were very happy with the fenced in yard. The house had everything we needed- I think our stay was 41 days. We would have stayed longer but it was booked. I can’t say enough about David. He is such a responsive host my husband and I joked about how many minutes it would take him to answer questions(almost always under 10 minutes). We will definitely stay at one of his properties again.

Location was great! Close to the beach and Broadway, house itselve was how it was listed. Cleanliness was the biggest issue, cleaning company did a poor job. Dust on the ceilings, and behind doors and baseboards. Floors were swept but could tell it hadn’t been mopped in a long while. In Master bed room there was stuff under beds (trash/dust) that had been there a while but not cleaned between tenants. Home was great! But property manager definitely needs to change cleaning company.
