The unit is located on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined block, yet close to everything, including Wrigley Field (1 block away!). Free on-site huge private garage included. The unit is a walker's paradise, with so much nearby, including great shops and restaurants, the lake, Wrigley Field, public transportation, Starbucks, Whole Foods, parks, playgrounds and more!

Look no further for perfect stay in Chicago.

Our 2nd stay at this property. It's the best. Spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen if you choose to prepare meals. Quiet, residential street is perfect for morning walks. Garage is a huge bonus, especially in cold weather. The decor is simple and minimalist, so don't expect designer touches. Do expect a very comfortable place to stay in Chicago. Convenient to the city. We'll be back again.

New Year Classic

Four of us stayed here so we could go to the Winter Classic and it was perfect. Walking to Wrigley from the house was super easy and so convenient. Great location, super clean and has everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again. We'definistaystayere here again

nice quiet spot near great restaurants and very close to the red line. apt was perfect for our long weekend and Erika was very responsive to every question we had. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, particularly if you are wanting to see a game at Wrigley Field.

We had a great stay while at Wrigley (we caught a last-season game) and that you cannot beat the location. While the neighborhood is people- and dog-friendly, this is the place for you if you want to be close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Even if you are interested in venturing into the downtown area — or, if you choose to visit the Lincoln Park area for some light shopping and yet more places to dine, the apartment conveniently located between two subway stations - easy access to either (Sheridan or Addison). More important is Erika (our VRBO Host): phenomenal on all levels. Comms with her were quick, clear, and friendly. Just know that if you choose to stay here, she has made available lots of amenities to either get you started, or to carry you through until the end of your stay. All you need is your toothbrush and some paste :) Next year, when we see the Cubs play, we plan to stay here (if available during our dates) - trust me, you will greatly appreciate the location when the game lets out. Especially if you had a few beverages of choice (cheers!).

Great location to Wrigley!

What a treasure! The unit was perfect for our stay! We were going to Wrigley for a concert and it was a short 5 minute walk to the stadium! The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! I will be staying here again when I visit Wrigley!

Weekend stay in wrigleyville

My husband and I and in-laws came out for the weekend to watch a cubs game and hang out in the city. It was the perfect location to the stadium yet quiet. Communication was great and the place was the perfect size and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Great for a ballgame

We loved everything about this place. It was on a quiet street located just down the street from Wrigley Field. The rooms were a nice size and very tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Although we had zero issues the Host provided several ways to contact someone if there was a problem. There was a nice little outdoor space if you want to sit outside. We had a wonderful time.

Great location and property

There are lots of thoughtful touches in this unit, designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. It was quiet and peaceful, and the perfect place to enjoy our holiday weekend. We did not utilize the garage, but will note it for future stays. The unit is a short walk to the train and a great location.

Convenient, newly refinished, and private garage

Stayed 7 nights in December. The positives: Spotlessly clean, safe residential street, quiet, and convenient. Having access to the private garage is an absolute PLUS on this permit-only-parking street. Although unit is in an older 3-story apartment building, it has recently been refinished with brand new paint, flooring, kitchen appliances, & bathroom fixtures. Decor is very minimalist, with Ikea furniture that right now looks never used. Heating system was quiet and worked well. Good overall lighting from recessed light fixtures. Fireplace in photo is non-working and an architectural feature only. My only complaints: The foam mattresses on the beds are uncomfortable. The entry from garage to building courtyard is not easy to navigate -- a very steep step down, uneven threshold tread, and inadequate lighting at night. All considered, I would stay again on my frequent trips to Chicago.

Awesome place

This place was really nice. With a garage to park two cars it was really handy for people to drive to this location. the place was big and spread out. Just remember thought this is a place where people live so if you are coming to party and be load probably not for you. You can go out and have fun but be respectful to the neighbors. I would stay here again and already recommended it to mutiple people.

Amazing!

The property was so clean, cute and close to Wrigley. The property manager Erika was easy to contact and super friendly. I came in town for the marathon and I felt safe in the area. Walking distance to the train and shops. 5 stars!!

Location, Location, Location ⚾️

We selected this rental because of proximity to Wrigley Field - and the location was perfect. Property was nicely maintained, had all the amenities needed and more. The neighborhood was well maintained and we felt safe walking around during the day and night. All the places you may need to visit were within walking distance and the L train was just a few blocks away making it easy to get to other part of Chicago. One of my favorite parts was the bakery just a block away with fresh pastries every morning!

What a lovely place!

My husband and I stayed a week at this charming property located in a beautiful neighborhood. We were looking for a place close to Wrigley Field and just outside the city and this was just perfect! The apartment had everything we needed and was uncluttered and clean. The queen bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen was modern and spacious. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to be able to walk to the ballpark and be able to drive into Chicago in under a half hour. Highly recommend!

My family and I came for a Cubs game and were thoroughly extremely satisfied! Parking in the area is crowded so the garage was a definite plus! Only a block away from Wrigley Field, we pretty much walked everywhere. When we decided to go into the downtown area, the "L" train station was only a couple of blocks away. The property was easy to find, cozy and very comfortable. There really isn't anything negative to say about our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for baseball game!

Our stay was great, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the place itself was so clean, overall a great stay! We went to Chicago to watch a baseball game and we loved it, we walked to the ballpark one block away and it was perfect because we didn’t have to worry about parking.

Go Cubbies!

We were in town to visit my daughter who works for the Cubs and to attend a couple of games! This apartment was the perfect location and the manager was very kind and receptive when we asked for parking passes! I would absolutely stay here again!
