The place is fantastic. More then big enough for a very large family/travel baseball team lol! Very easy walk to the beach, mini golfing, convenient stores, anything you could want/need! Host is very responsive to any messages. We will be back!

This home is absolutely perfect for large families with kiddos or for groups. It’s a large home with lots of room for kids to play. The pool provided lots of entertainment and was very clean. The property was clean and had most of the household items we needed for daily living. The fenced in back yard was important for us with small children and a small dog. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the patio and the kids loved the game room. We will definitely be using this location again. Communication was excellent and check-in was as easy as it could possibly be.

Great spot to stay for a golf trip. Game room was awesome with its own fridge and right next to the pool and grill

Great place for large group with teens

We very much enjoyed our stay. Game room is greats for teens. To hang out. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay agin next year when we come to town.

Perfect for our golf trip

Great property for our group of 8 golfers. Easy access to beach, groceries, restaurants and golf courses. David and Weng were very responsive and layout of house worked well for our group. Thanks!

Great place

Had a great time. Had a group of 11 of us and had enough room for everyone. Garage and outside area the main hangout spot when you’re there. Nice short walk to the beach as well. Owner checked in via message a couple times just to make sure we had everything we needed or if they needed to drop off anything that may be missing. Would stay there again

Great getaway spot

Family trip was great! Plenty of space to relax, many hours in game room, and quick walk to beach and beachfront locales. Anything you want is a quick drive from house. Private yard and hanging out at the fire pit was great. Dog loved the space and freedom of the back yard patio area.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this house to celebrate a bachelor party. It was exactly what we were looking for in a house. The garage and pool were our favorite places to hang out around the house. The house had ample beds to sleep in and was relatively clean. The price was a little high considering this wasn’t a “luxury” house, but I suppose it wasn’t too bad compared to other listings in the area. The host was extremely nice and communicative, which was a huge plus! If you’re looking for something more upscale, I’d suggest a different listing, but if you’re someone who is lowkey and does not need extravagant things, then this is the listing for you. Also having the convenience of walking to the beach was awesome.

Our host went over & above to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. Property is dog friendly. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and kitchen supplies. I liked the keyless entry. No physical keys to worry about. Just a code. Easy access to the beach. Weather wise it wasn’t warm enough to use the pool but pool guy did come and clean the pool the first full day we were there.

The host was great and the location was excellent. We enjoyed the stay. It was a little chilly for those sleeping in the room with all the beds as we could not locate a heating source for that room. Also the fire place had no operating instructions and we were unable to figure out how to effectively use it. Other than that, it was fine.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE. THE DESCRIPTION CLAIMING THAT IS ELEGANT IS 100% FALSE. NOTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE OR THE AREA IS ELEGANT. THE HOUSE IS IN VERY ROUGH AREA. THERE ARE DRUG DEALERS AND USERS WITHIN 100FT OF THE PROPERTY. IF YOU VALUE SAFTEY YOU SHOULD NEVER STAY HERE. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NEGATIVE THINGS. I USE VRBO REGULARLY AND THINK THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY, BUT THIS IS A MISS ON THEIR PART. WE MOVED OUT AFTER ONE NIGHT, THAT IS HOW BAD IT IS.

We feel this guest wanted to receive a last minute full refund and due to our non-refundable policy they tried to check-in, find something to complain about and then get a full refund. When that didn't work the guest started becoming increasingly threatening in their communications especially when VRBO themselves told them no refunds. Note that large homes rent well in advance during peak season and allowing full refunds right before arrival is devastating to hosts because you can't replace last minute cancellations at large homes where families and groups plan weeks or months in advance. We recommend that if travel plans are uncertain that guests obtain travel insurance policies. This guest was disrespectful and threatening with communications, left our place a mess, and also the guests were breaking some of our house rules during their stay.
