We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify that many of the issues mentioned were never brought to our attention during your stay. We were only informed 12 hours before your early departure, which significantly limited our ability to address and resolve any concerns while you were still in the home. We have a responsive team that could have been dispatched promptly had we been given the opportunity. As with any property, some mild exterior weathering can occur due to the climate, but we perform regular upkeep and maintenance. While we understand that everyone has different expectations, many of the claims in your review appear to be exaggerated or misrepresented. For example, a dead rose in a vase or minor cosmetic details do not reflect the overall cleanliness and quality of the home. We also want to note that a bed frame was found broken after your departure—this damage was not present prior to your check-in and has since required us to purchase a brand-new replacement. We always aim to provide a great stay and would have gladly addressed your concerns had we been informed in a timely manner. We encourage future guests to communicate issues early so we can resolve them quickly.
