Palm Springs pool living at its best. Relax in this modern Spanish-style rancher perfectly located in the city of Palm Springs. Situated on a quiet street and close to the best restaurants and nightlife in the valley.

Lounge poolside while enjoying the view of nearby San Jacinto mountains. The beautiful private backyard is a perfect place to unwind and cool off from the warm desert sun. Or turn on the jets to relax yourself in the spa/hot tub.

The Space:
While the desert sun is shining, you will always have a place to relax and unwind on the spacious patio and yard. There is also ample shade with a generous covered area, perfect for outdoor dining and melting into the couches with a good book or cold drink.

There are a total of 4 luxurious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, featuring marble counter tops, and double sinks off of the master. 3 of the bedrooms feature King size beds and 1 bedroom has a Queen. All bedrooms have televisions with Roku for guest login to your favourite streaming apps.

Enjoy the modern, open concept family room and fully equipped chef-friendly kitchen with a separate dining area with a large marble table to enjoy a quiet dinner or to entertain friends and family.

Excellent rental property for families

We stayed at the house for a week over March Break with my brother and his family. Our group was four adults and four kids ages 4-8. When we were looking for properties we had very specific criteria given that we were two families with younger kids. My highlights of this property: - Pool is perfect for little kids. Two shallow ends and it narrows in the middle where it is deeper. - Hot tub fit various groups of people comfortably and warmed up quickly. - grassy area for kicking the ball around - 3 / 4 beds were King size, and every room has a tv. This was crucial to our sleeping plan. - lots of outdoor pool furniture for lounging - outdoor table for 8 - working bbq - comfy sofa with a working fire pit for evenings We have had some not great experiences renting through companies. I intentionally sought out a property managed by the owner. John is a terrific host! Very responsive and considerate. The only drawback to this property is location. It is under the airport flight path. Our kids loved that actually and we enjoyed taking about the different types of planes and imagining where they were going, but if you’re sensitive to noise you may want to consider if this is the best place for you to relax. Its also not walking distance to any restaurants, but with 4 young kids that was not our priority - Costco is a 20 min drive, and there is a nice kitchen and large fridge :) Overall, it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely, but it needs some updates; they need to change the mattresses, and the outside umbrellas and showers were broken.

This was a great property for a weekend getaway to enjoy some sun and hang out by the pool. Everything we needed was in the house.

Amazing Weekend in Palm Springs!

We are already planning our next trip down - it was such a great weekend! The house is large, clean and well stocked! The pool made for the perfect Saturday of fun. They even had pool floaties in the garage for us to use if we wanted. 10/10 communication and experience!!!

great house close to everything

Great house with pool and spa. Convenient to downtown and expressways which made day excursions to Joshua Tree very easy. Would definitely stay here again

Great updated home in Palm Springs!

We stayed here for about a month, and it was a great experience. The home has been recently updated, and has everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The home and neighborhood is quite and peaceful. The backyard is large and well manicured. The home is super clean and we'd love to stay again. John is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

Hello there! We are Christie and John from Vancouver, BC Canada and are the owners of this home. The home is primarily used as a vacation getaway for us and our 3 children aged 3, 14 and 18. We love hosting mostly because we love others enjoying the property, swimming, bbqing, lounging and relaxing.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family lives part time in Palm Springs and we spend as much time as possible in our home visiting with them. Our house has a very private feel, cozy and beautiful throughout while the outdoors feels welcoming and expansive. The neighborhood is quiet and serene yet just a quick bike rode to Albertsons for groceries or Pauls Bar for a bit to eat.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is nothing like spending the day lounging poolside while enjoying the spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Great restaurants are a short ride away and there is quick access to Joshua Tree National Park for nature lovers. Our house feels luxurious and every room is a pleasure to be in.
