It has queen beds in both bedrooms, a pullout sofa in the living room, a full bathroom and kitchen, a dining area, and a separate laundry room.

Just outside your front door you will find a nice grassy, fully fenced in shared backyard, with an in ground trampoline in one area of it, along with a patio with seating, and a fire pit.

The unit has a Smart Television that can be used to stream your favorite companies, eg, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc., plus there is an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels. The internet is already connected. 1 Gig Fiber Optic, so it's suitable for working remotely if needed.

Free parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway, plus you have the option to park one car in the shared three car garage if you would prefer.

This property is Pet Friendly, there is a pet fee which is calculated on a case by case basis, so please message us and tell us about your pet or pets. Maximum of two pets up to 80lbs each. This fee will be requested the day of your arrival, this fee was not included in your original price when you first booked. Sorry, no cats allowed.
