Welcome to Bella’s Cottage! Our cozy cottage offers a relaxing get-away on the All-Sports Townline Lake. A large sandy beach, private dock, kayaks, fishing poles & fire pit are here to keep you busy or to help you relax. In the fall, the colors are breath taking. Winter brings ice fishing & snowmobiling. You’ll see bald eagles & cranes flying overhead and deer walking right on the beach all year long. Bella's cottage has both AC & Heat to make it comfortable no matter the time of year.

The cottage has a well-stocked full kitchen that includes pots, pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, cups, silverware, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, air fryer, ect. Enjoy a Weber grill outside on the large deck along with comfortable deck furniture, reclining chairs and extra chairs to have at the beach or around the fire. There will be a starter stock of paper towel & toilet paper for the week.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom is fully furnished with sheets, blankets & pillows. Full bathroom includes a bathtub with wand shower head. All bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. As well as 12 microfiber beach towels. There is also a queen air mattress with sheets & pillows available.

Main living room has TV/DVD player, wifi, dvds, and many games. There is large sectional couch with 3 recliners for cozy comfort. There is also a ½ bath along with a washer & dryer. Guests will be provided Tide pods for personal laundry, if needed.

Our yard has ample space for yard games. The beach is clean and lots of sand to play with. The lake also has a sandy bottom. If you have a boat, there is potential for you to tie it up to our private dock. Townline lake is a public lake with public access.

Guests have access to the whole house. There is a small room upstairs that remains locked for the owner, a locked housekeeping closet in the 1/2 bath and garage access is restricted for owners.

Other details to note:
-Bella's also has life jackets of many sizes, lake floats, sand toys, a lily pad (large floating toy), some fishing poles, and outside yard games.
-Firewood is also provided.
-12 microfiber Beach towels are provided year-round.
-A Queen air mattress is also available.
-Ferris State University is located just 35-40 minutes from Bella's Cottage, so if you're looking for a place to stay to enjoy some Bulldog Sports, theater or other college activity, this is the place to stay!
-Soaring Eagle is located 50 minutes from Bella's Cottage.

*Please note for the summer dates (Memorial Day - Labor day) we do have a 4 night minimum for most dates as well as a 6 night minimum for the week of July 4th.
*We are also open for long term rentals. Please contact if you're interested.

Wedding in town

Stayed for a wedding in town and the house had everything we needed. The spiral staircase is a little tight if you are a bigger person so keep that in mind. Beautiful fire pit, with wood provided, made sitting outside fantastic. Would stay here again.

Great family vacation at Townline Lake.

Our family had a great time staying at Bella's cottage. The cottage was very clean and well kept. Nice decorations throughout the cottage and the yard was very nice also. Nice location being on a paved road for walking and riding bikes. Kitchen was well stocked with various dishes/cups/pans/etc... The outdoor grill was also in good condition and clean. The setting is very relaxing, and there is plenty of areas to sit and relax between the deck and outdoor grass areas. We had a very nice vacation with our family. Would recommend this cottage.

A Mommas Vacation

Ive used rental properties since 2019. And this is my first review ever: We are a family of 6. Space is important to us. This home was amazing. We had enough room to spread out- rather on the big sectional, or amongst tthe many beds, or the big patio set. Everyone had a seat. Even around the dining room table. The home is full- youll need nothing. That was important to me, because packing for 6 was enough, but to not have to worry about other things was a huge space saver. The kitchen- stocked from casserole dishes, to kid silverware, cups, plastic cups, you name it. Appliances- youll only use half. Awesome espresso maker, ninja coffee maker and more. The laundry was a huge help- having access to these machines, laundry soap and dryer sheets- huge hit. The beach blankets were a hit too. The outside--- the patio is awesome. Huge lounger set, and a big table with chairs and umbrella. A grill, and is very well lit at night. The beach area is a Mommas dream- its shallow, has a big floating pad and jumper in the water- keeps kids occupied all day. The real hit for all of us was the shed of goodies- life jackets, water shoes, chairs of all sorts, unlimited amout of water and sand toys. It was unbelievable. And the row boat, and kayaks were just the best. The owners have put in a great amount of detail in the home, oraginaizing, making everything available. The area is quiet, neighbors friendly. Very relaxing. I could go on and on how aewsome this place is.

Loved it!

This place was amazing. The most kid friendly place we have ever stayed and also the most stocked place we have ever stayed. Sound machines in all the bedrooms, and room darkening blinds in them as well. If you have small kids you know how much that means!! They have every small kitchen appliance you can think of. They have bins of toys for kids to play with. Lots of movie and game options. Beautiful outdoor area. The lake was awesome; great sandy area for kids to play and adults to lounge at! We have stayed at a lot of different places and this is our favorite so far. We are already discussing when we want to go back. Host was quick to respond with anything we needed as well. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

Bella’s has everything you need and more! A noise maker in each room, tons of blankets, fans, AC, every utensil you can imagine, lots of towels, wash cloths, games, s’mores, sunscreen and of course a cheese shredder- just to name a few things. The yard is nicely decorated and had plenty of space for outdoor activities! The floating pad was nice and offered solace from the weeds/muck. Our teen/adult children loved and used the kayaks hours daily. The park is just a short walk, good for all ages and is great for swimming! We were able to sneak away for a date to Chapz and they offer decent food and drinks. Leppinks is also a wonderful local store with great quality meat for reasonable prices. This is your home away from home! *I am not if this would be a great location for someone who would be in need of things to be handicapped accessible*

Wonderful stay!

We just spent a week at Bella's Cottage and it was wonderful! It is obvious the owners take great pride in their property! The house was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood directly on the lake. Everything was well taken care of and stocked to meet our every need. There was ample parking, the house was clean and the inside and out had everything we could possibly need. There are kayaks and a fun little rowboat which we enjoyed. We had wonderful communication with the owner for any questions we had. Highly recommend!
