(3BR, 3.5BA, SL7, 1K,2Q, 2TW, 2 Golf Carts, Sunday turn in Peak Season, CHECK OUT 10:30 PM/CHECK IN 4:30 AM) Tucked onto Bald Head's High Dunes, Queen's View delivers on its name-you'll be royally treated to spectacular Atlantic vistas from this three bedroom, 3.5- bath PET FRIENDLY beach house and crofter. There is a $300 pet fee for your furry friends.

Just inside the bright, airy main house's open floor plan is the kitchen-boasting loads of storage and counter space and a breakfast bar for four. Beyond, the dining area is highlighted by a stylish globe chandelier and offers access to the covered porch. You can savor snacks inside or while lounging on the comfy seating outside (relaxing to briny breezes and ocean lullabies). The natural-light-filled inside living space tenders sparkling seascapes as well as egress to the deep, water-facing back porch.

Upstairs, the first bedroom is furnished with a Queen and Twin bunk beds. It houses two closets and its ensuite bath features a tub/shower. The sunlit King Owner's Suite wows with South Beach panoramas from inside and out on its private porch-the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or to admire the sunset while overlooking South Beach. You'll appreciate the suite's walk-in closet and the Primary Bath's dual vanity and tub/shower.

Between the main house and the home's crofter is a good-sized, fenced patio and grill. The latter is perfect for preparing meals to be relished in the large screened dining porch on the first level of the adjacent crofter. Enjoy the outdoors, fresh sea air and tasty treats right here.

On the level above is the property's crofter. This more private suite has its own ocean-view balcony and provides a Queen and a Twin Trundle as well as a sitting area, mini-fridge and ensuite bath with a tub.

Centrally located on the Island-close to the beach, shops and restaurants-and offering the use of two four-passenger golf carts, and including access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends, a stay at Queen's View could be the crowning event of your year! Add even more pleasure to your vacation and bring your family's pet, too, because Queen's View is PET FRIENDLY!

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. Great stay!

We had a great stay on BHI! House was clean and close to the beach. Great space and well appointed. The decks were nice to sit and enjoy sun rise and sun set! Would definitely stay again!

Week of 7/6/25 - 7/13/25

The house was not as clean when we arrived as in previous two years. There were no dish towels in the house. There was no nozzle on the hose. There were no bikes or boogie boards. Upstairs balcony doorknob still needs to be fixed. It has been broken the past two years. Grill works but burners need to be replaced or cleaned. There were a lot more bugs in the house this year. Stove hood light doesn't work. Potholders need to be replaced. View and location of the house are still great!

Queens’s View - Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four stayed at Queen’s View and had a wonderful time. The location is great (close to the Shoals, market, Mike’s Bites), with views of the ocean from almost every window. I enjoyed many hours on the shaded porch listening to the waves and reading. The house was very well equipped with beach chairs, games, great kitchen supplies. We would definitely consider returning to this property!

Great Get Away

I've stayed at several properties on the island and this was a perfect for what I wanted and needed. The house was exceptionally clean and came with all the needed linens, blankets and towels. I didn't cook so I can't speak for the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. Location to the beach is great. You can walk or it's a short golf cart ride away. And, golf carts were great! The enclosed one was especially good since it did rain while I was there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed the Queen's View. It was great to share for 2 families. A couple things, since there were 2 families we would have liked 2 keys to the house. Also, there was not a key for the building next door. We couldn't lock it. The master bedroom bathroom shower did not drain.

Perfect Beach Retreat: Pristine Cottage with Cozy Guest House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently spent a week at this charming beach house on Bald Head Island and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic, nestled South Bald Head halfway between Shoals Club and BHI Club, with an easy walk to the beach. The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and intimate setting with two bedrooms in the main cottage and a separate guest house perfect for our two friends.One of the highlights was that the owners are pet-friendly, so we could bring Twix, our Boykin Spaniel, along for our beach adventure. Although we encountered a flat tire on our golf cart, Wendy Wilmot Properties quickly resolved the issue the same day, even providing us with a second cart to use in the meantime. Their service was top-notch, as always, and we continue to be impressed by the quality of homes they manage.It was a perfect beach retreat, and we can't wait to return!

Good not great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Queen’s View on BHI, and overall, I’d give it 3/5 stars. While the property was not our original booking (we had to switch due to construction delays), it was much farther from the marina but closer to the island’s shops, which was convenient.The house was generally clean, but we did find dirty towels in the laundry area that weren’t ours, and some of the dishes were unclean. The provided “starter kit” of supplies was disappointing — no trash bags, minimal dishwasher detergent, and no hand or dish soap. Had they been more specific, I could have easily packed those items, instead of having to buy them at the market. On a positive note, the home had a good selection of board games and activities, which kept the kids entertained, especially when we lost power during a hurricane.Wendy Wilmot Properties was accommodating, allowing us to change our dates twice due to unforeseen circumstances. They also provided a golf cart at the marina, which was a helpful perk since the house was farther from the marina than our original rental.Unfortunately, the master showerhead was in poor condition and the bathroom plug didn’t work, limiting the kids to baths in the other bathroom. However, that shower lacked a liner, so it couldn’t be used for showers. Small fixes like these would greatly improve the property.Lastly, clearer details about available items like boogie boards, sand toys, and a hair dryer would have been helpful, as we unnecessarily brought these along. While the island was wonderful for exploring, I wouldn’t book this house again due to these inconveniences.
