3/2 2100+ sf penthouse with ocean views from all main rooms and bedrooms! This is it! Newly available. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in Tavernier in the Islamorada Village. Aside from the views, we have larger TV’s for every room and amazing relaxing deck furniture! New stainless appliances were installed. We’re close to town, groceries, movie theater, parks, fishing—the list goes on and on! The later pictures of the most updated with the new appliances and decorations.

The room with a Desk has the Murphy bed for the third bed. You just pull it down.

Families loves everything about our location. Retired guests also enjoy the lack of a “Party” style venue. Very relaxed and peaceful. It’s just like a private resort. The pool is right on the ocean in the sand without ever having to leave. There are incredible restaurants right around us including a wonderful Cuban place called Denny’s. Just up the street, Old Tavernier restaurant where you need reservations, and chef Michaels, to name a few. No one ever wants to leave. We do require it at some point though. Lol. We have security cameras on the front entry/exit for added security (not that its needed!!!) Every room has a view, but the main master and second bedroom have phenomenal views and access to balconies. The master bedroom has a private oversized balcony with breakfast furniture and chairs for relaxing or reading. I enjoy sitting on the giant oversized balcony that runs the length of the condo, living room, and dining room. It has the most relaxing view, and the sun goes on the other side of the building at noon and offers a nice ocean breeze. its ny favorite place to relax. You shoukd only stay here if you want an amazingly relaxing Florida Keys experience with icean amd bay views. Otherwise you can find a crazy party place. Lol. This is a wonderfully delightful place to be! Please note that there is one camera inside the penthouse looking at the front door. This camera is disabeled upon checking and re-enabled upon checkout.

Girls trip

Loved the pool and magnificent view. Wouldn’t say there is a beach. Everyone was very friendly. Easy parking and getting in and out.

Picture Perfect View

Overall the stay was great. The views are spectacular. The place is a little dated and is difficult to regulate the temperature. The first night the outside door was banging, the owner promptly called the maintenance people to fix that issue. The ceiling fan in the Master bedroom makes a lot of noise. It is difficult to open the sliding glass doors. The amenities at the property are spectacular and the views are breathtaking. The condo just needs a little work, mainly from being near salt water. Overall great place to visit.

Highly recommend

The rental is exactly as described with an easy to contact/communicate with owner. The views are breathtaking and the condo has a great layout to offer privacy in the bedrooms and distribute sound. The property felt safe with enhanced security measures on site and many of the other residents were extended stay renters or owners. We had the only children in the building during the whole rental and they were well-received and asked to participate in games at the pool with the adults. Activities and dining options are close and everything you need is within five minutes (grocery, pharmacy, etc). We don’t have any suggestions to improve the rental and recommend highly.

This Penthouse was above and beyond our expectation. Views out everyone window, quiet, restaurants, pool and a fun beach to run around on. We would recommend to family and friends.

Sea Gull Condos in Tavernier , Florida

We absolutely loved our stay here . The Condo itself is spacious and the amenities were perfect . Two balconies with post card views , and a lovely pool and beach area . Situated in Islamorada we were close to the local Publix , many good restaurants and had only a 2 hour drive to Key West . We would highly recommend this vacation rental .

Beautiful View

This place was very nice. A view of the Ocean and Florida Bay on the other side was incredible. I’m a Key Largo resident and rented this place for my parents (90 and 93) and my 2 brothers (60s) Our Parents really enjoyed their stay. The place was nicely decorated with a tropic decor. Everything was perfect..

Great time for fishing at Islamorada

Location is good. Very close to all fishing actions: party boat, private chart or others. The condo is well loaded with all you need for cooking. It is very spacious with plenty of supplies. The ocean view is great. The whole building is currently under construction, so it does have some noise in the morning. There were some minor issues as every place you go. Communication with owner was very easy and response was quick. Overall, we had a great time. I will give 4 and half stars.

Gorgeous views

Lovely, spacious condo with expansive views of the water from every room. The beds were very comfortable and it was impeccably clean. Great pool area which we had to ourselves several days. Awesome little island with a swing you can kayak to from the private “beach” area. We didn’t want to leave and our kids are usually always ready to get back home.

This unit was beautifully decorated with unbelievable views! The owners were so easy to deal with and were very responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right! We couldn't be happier or more thankful for them and our time at their unit!

Started going to the Florida Keys Thanksgiving weekend 1998 and fell in love. Wanted a property here for decades! Found the perfect dream home with views that leave us breathless. It's truly a beautiful piece of paradise in the loveliest Key area we enjoy. The village of Islamorada offers everything we love without any of the chaos of city life we love to leave behind. Groceries, fine dining, Starbucks and a movie theater...plus the best fishing and diving we know of. The people of the Keys help us breathe easier...and the view...well, that's just icing on the cake!

My hubby is in seminary and we enjoy working from home wherever we can travel. With a beautiful young daughter, we are tied to home much of the year (thus the rental), where we can share a piece of our little heaven on earth with travellers looking for a steady home away from home.

Please be our guest and enjoy a home you will never want to leave. And, that's ok cause we will rent it to you except the few times we get to come each year.

28 day rental minimum except we can book you 7 nights and block the full 28 days if need shorter stay. Starting January 1 we will be 7 nights without anything crazy!!! Whew! :)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Ocean views. Check! Peaceful penthouse. Check. Close to everything you want. Check. Not close to things you don't. Check. Fish. Dive. Boat. Kayak. Swim. Be a part of the most lovely Key in the Keys. :). We're monthly rentals only until September, but we can work a deal for a week. We just want to cover our costs of course! :). Then we will block the rest of the rental period.

New appliances, lots of beds. new smart TV's, a desk that raises up so you can stare out the window while working!
The views are what make it. The peace and quiet of a penthouse add a big bonus as you enjoy soaking up the sun and gazing at the moon over the Atlantic.
Why go anywhere else when all of this is right here in the States!
