Derby Weekend

This was a great spot to stay on Derby Weekend. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to Churchill and close to many restaurants/bars etc. The property management group were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Louisville PGA Championship Weekend

Property was great. As listed. Check in / check out process was seamless. All appliances (although some were dated), utilities, and electronics worked perfectly. Had a great weekend with friends and the house made it easy and convenient. Neighborhood felt very safe and was very close/convenient to downtown. Recommend for anyone needing a safe/convenient place in Louisville to stay!

This home was just perfect for our needs. Nice back deck, cozy living areas, plenty of sleeping accommodations and very convenient location to see most of what Louisville has to offer!

Great Location

We stayed here because my daughter was playing in the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament. This was in the perfect location for this tournament! Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. The house itself is more dated than the pictures show and smaller than what we thought. The floors are very creaky!! Besides that it’s a very nice home in a great location! The host provides many startup items, which is a huge plus when traveling, including coffee, condiments, salt, pepper and other seasonings. We didn’t use the back yard but there is a nice fenced in yard also. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting Fort Knox Army Base

We rented this home while attending family day and graduation ceremony at Fort Knox Army base. Wonderful neighborhood and amazing neighbors. Property host very professional and attentive. The home is charming, clean, and comfortable. An easy 45 minute drive to the army base. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great place for our trip to KY!

We traveled to KY for a Archery meet and wanted to experience all Kentucky had to offer. This location was super close to the expo center. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. We loved the overall vibes of the house and it added to our experience 100%! We would certainly stay again and recommend to friends. Property manager was super friendly & checked on us throughout the process and stay. Thank you.

Property was as advertised nice quiet safe neighborhood. We were very close to derby able to get to parking on rodman & iowa ave. Within 10 -15 minutes.

We traveled to Kentucky for a family trip on the bourbon trail. The house was comfortable and provided all that we needed. The location was great. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The host was great at any communication. We visited the zoo which was about 5 minutes away. Highly recommended

Wonderful location to Expo Center!

We were very grateful for this wonderful space, barely five minutes away - the opposite way of traffic! - to the Expo center. The second bathroom in the basement was a little too rustic for teenage girls with vivid imaginations to feel comfortable using but thankful for the option - especially if we would have had a larger crew. We loved the bright, clean, updated space! The retro kitchen was adorable but not certain how meal prep would go in the compact space - but perfect for our situation where we pre-make meals for busy weekends.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

This is a cozy home situated in a quiet neighborhood that's just a short drive away from the Zoo, the Mega Cavern and other sites worth visiting. Our Host was available to answer questions as they popped up. Would definitely return with the family for another stay.

Perfect house for our family

So glad we chose to stay at this house during our stay in Kentucky visiting my husbands family. Since our youngest is 2, it was perfect to have a twin upstairs with one of the queen beds so we could keep her close and our other 4 children shared the remaining 2 queen bedrooms. The AC kept the house nice and cool and the location was close to so much! Only a few min from the Zoo! The hosts were great and replied quickly to any questions I had during the stay. Super recommend this cute older home for your stay!

The owners of this property are wonderful to work with. The home is adorable and more importantly, very clean! There was 8 in our party and we had plenty of space and we enjoyed our time there. Will definitely rent again if I go back to the area!
