Our stay at this property was good. It was clean and just as pictures showed. The screen at the pool was ripped in 3 places and that allowed bugs and lizards in. There were delays and a little confusion when talking with the hosts, but overall a good stay. Check in was confusing and a bit much.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. I liked that the houses have 5 king size beds and the double beds, because it accommodated our group perfectly. Not everyone going to Orlando is traveling with kids or going to Disney. This house was perfect for all adults group. There are a few things that can be updated. The pool table needs more pool sticks and space to play. The screen in the pool area needs to be repaired so it can keep out bugs and critters. The living room needs more sitting space, only 5 people could sit on the recliner sofa. The hosts were very responsive and available quickly. No issues at all. I would recommend this property and I would book again

First time renting a house normally I would stay at hotel, but with a group of 17 people it made sense to rent a house. The house was big enough for my group lots of space, but the echo was so loud. No matter what you did upstairs, if you were sitting in the living room you could hear whoever it was upstairs. The house came with a foosball table, hockey table, and pool table. Wish we had time to enjoy but this vacation was strictly for Disney World so all we did was stay out all day and came home late at night to sleep. This is a gated community and probably my biggest concern with the property. The security at the front gate was a pain to deal with. The first night we checked in we were turned away because apparently the person driving wasn't on the list. Now the lady security who checked just took a glance at the license card provided and said you're not on the list without checking said list. Prior to us coming you have to give the host a list of everyone in your party, provide phone numbers, and let them know who will be driving any vehicles in which was given. Lady security was like we can't let you in and you need to contact the host. Mind you this was happening at MIDNIGHT! I am scrambling to contact the host but just swapped drivers and this time I drove in and dealt with a man instead and kindly asked him to check whos on the list and he said everyone on your party is on the list and the lady shouldn't have turned your party away. Ran out of characters so will cont
