We would stay here again for sure. The room had all the amenities needed, spotlessly clean, and must have incredible management. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.Very satisfied.

Convenient, very clean and efficient please just die.

We had a great time staying here so close to Hershey and Lancaster bowls. The grounds were immaculate parking lot pool area. Everything was squeaky clean. Very pleased can’t wait to come back.

Lancaster/Hershey Park stay

I booked 2 rooms for family. They seemed a little dark upon entering, we had to open the drapes along with the single light overhead. The rooms were clean and well maintained. You can tell it was an older facility but well kept.

Birthday Celebration in Hershey

Rooms very outdated. Pool was dirty with a weird film on top. Towels and rags had stuff on them as well as the pillow cases and sheets. 1 daughter has what looks like pink eye and other has rash on face. I believe it came from dirty pillow cases. Would not recommend this place

It was ok. Breakfast, no Dining room, had to eat in room. Small table. Refrigerator wasn’t defrosted. Basic roadside motel. Mold in bathrooms.

Hershey trip

The motel was great. It’s an older motel but updated and immaculately clean. The pool is very clean and not highly chlorinated. They have a continental breakfast small but it was good. The rooms are great with nice tv’s and very comfortable beds. The staff is great and keep the rooms clean. New towels and room cleaned every day. They are always working hard to improve everything. They are very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Upon booking the rooms, I made it clear that the room was rented by the church for our guest speaker and his family. The staff refused for almost three hours to let the family in the room because they did not have the card that the room was booked on. Very frustrating!. Plastic or rubber over most the roofing shingles indicating a water issue, very unsightly but it was at least dry

We stayed here for our visit to Hersheypark. We got two rooms right next to each other. One room had one adult two children. The other one adult three children. The rooms were very clean. The property is very well-maintained and very clean. The pool was definitely a bonus and it’s open until 9 PM which was great from long hot days to come back and be able to use it. Breakfast included a waffle maker, some fruit, microwavable eggs, cereal, and oatmeal. They do have orange juice and a coffee machine.

This is renovated very old roadside motel

The VRBO Listing is deceiving! This is an older motel that has been nicely remodeled but pulling up at 9pm was still creepy! Paying the VRBO booking fee for a motel you can book on any other site is misleading. We booked a 2-bedroom unit for 3 adults and 3 children. We were given 2 separate rooms next to each other. Pulled up and found multiple people sitting outside their rooms smoking and drinking. We overpaid for a misrepresented motel. That being said, there was a lot of pride of ownership and the rooms were recently remodeled, clean, no bed bugs. The beds were not bad. Just understand this is an American Best Value Inn and VRBO is not clear about that and charges their booking fee for something you can book for free on Travelocity.

DISGUSTING!!!!

After finding this dirt bag motel type property next to the busy road, we saw that most bedroom doors were opened to "air out". According to the clerk at the counter, most AC units were broken. We looked inside one of the rooms and saw cockroaches running by the wall. The rooms we were supposed to have included 2 queen beds per room according the the website but instead it was 1 queen per room that took up most of the walking space in each room. There was supposed to be breakfast included, but the main, small front office had a few cheap crock pots set up on a filthy counter where breakfast was to be served. We would never eat there! This place was rated "excellent" on the VRBO website. It should be shut down my the health department for the filthy condition and false advertising. We never checked in and I am challenging the charge for the condition of the property and the false advertising.

It's not the Ritz--but it's not meant to be

I suppose I should lead with this is a pretty dated motel, but it's VERY clean. Like, not just OK-clean; it's evident that people are working extremely hard to keep this property as clean and upkept as possible, which isn't easy when a property is older. The care is evident. The hosts were very nice. We had a small problem after we checked in (that turned out to be nothing), and the host was at our door within a minute to check it. The towels were kind of scratchy, and the soap wasn't the best (although the shampoo was very nice). This is a town where expensive, luxury hotels are the norm. This is not one of those, but sometimes you just need a place to stay, and this is perfect. The doors are secure, but there is a really large gap to the outside. Their HVAC bills would probably improve with better doors, actually. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms (we had 2 rooms, which connected). The bed and pillows were comfortable. It really was a very pleasant stay. I do recommend it--just keep in mind that this is a roadside motel. It's not the Ritz, but the staff obviously care about it.
