Seven Mile Beach Corridor, beautifully renovated 2 bdrm. Steps to Cemetery Beach

Completely renovated in 2021, Beach Lane#6 is a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Cemetery Beach (snorkel off the beach) and is on the same side of the road as the Beach. It is equipped with all the modern conveniences including a brand new kitchen with induction cooktop, under counter led lighting, usb wall plugs, smart tv's in each room. Portable Bose speaker, cable tv on main floor and high speed internet included.
Our 16 unit complex has a pool and is located within a 3 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, and liquor store. Behind the complex is Boggy Sands Lane, one of the few streets that still feels like the Cayman of days past with character homes, West Bay Wall, and the iconic fresh seafood diner called Heritage Kitchen. The bus stops right outside the complex so access to town is easy and well serviced. Cleaning once/week is included in the price. Price consideration is given for stays of 14 days or greater.

beautiful home in a great location

We loved our stay in Cayman! The place was perfect. We loved reading on the back deck and the kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Lorraine gave a comprehensive check-in, including recommendations for things to do in the area and restaurants, and maintained good communication over the course of our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cayman!

Great time in West Bay on Grand Cayman!

We have a small family of three. My wife, my daughter and myself. This listing was comfortable and located near the places we like to eat, dive and visit the beach. A great location a short walk to Cemetary beach and Cemetary Reef for snorkeling! This place was perfect! We would certainly stay here again and we plan to!

Beautiful, peaceful property

The lovely owners, Raine and Todd, clearly take pride in their property! The condo is spotlessly clean, peaceful and serene, and conveniently located in West Bay. It was such a comfortable space to retire to in the evening after spending the day at the beach. We will definitely rent from them again!

Absolutely Amazing Property

Super close to one of the best spots on 7 Mile Beach, walking distance to shops and grocery store, amazing host, fully stocked house, super clean housekeeping. Detailed book on the island’s bests! Thank you so much to the host! Cant say enough, will always stay here when back at Cayman.

Awesome beach getaway!

We stayed on this property in April 2023, and it was even nicer than described. The apartment was very modern and everything worked wonderfully- the induction stove was amazing, the air conditioning works very well and the kitchen was beautiful. The location next to cemetery beach was perfect and we could be at the beach in less than five minutes by foot. Raine, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us find tours and activities to do on Grand Cayman. We hope to come again in the future! Thank you!

Perfect in Cemetary Beach

We rented this condo April 13-20 on beautiful Cemetary Beach and could not have had a better trip. The condo feels brand new, is super clean and has everything you could ever need. The pool was warm and felt great after a long day at the beach. The flowers around the complex were gorgeous! The owner is such a treat to talk to, and has the BEST recommendations for things to do and amazing places to eat. She checked up on us a few times by text and gave us some advice on watching how windy it was going to be before our catamaran trip. You can tell she really wants her guests to enjoy Grand Cayman! Cemetary Beach is simply stunning. It's quietness was exactly what we were looking for. We went down to 7 Mile Beach and had drinks and dinner at a few resorts on that beach. Much busier, no reef to snorkel out to, and just felt overall way more "extra" than we were looking for. We would book this property over and over again, absolutely!

We loved it!

We have spent magnificent 10 days in GC at Raine and Todd’s place highly contributed to it! Meticulous condo: sparkling clean, tastefully designed, every little detail is thought through; every appliance is in perfect working condition. I even want to upgrade my laundry appliances to those Raine has â˜ș Walking distance to a beautiful and peaceful beach with 22 mo toddler was a big plus for us. Having a pool was convenient with a toddler too. Bedrooms are big and airy; mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Extra towels, extra blankets, extra paper supplies - nothing we had to worry about. Kitchen is stocked with anything one can possibly need and even more! We had no issues and could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay! Thank you so much for renting out such a treasure; we hope to be back next year!

Hello, my name is Raine and I am a Canadian who was lucky enough to have moved to Grand Cayman a few years ago. I have a hotel background which has greatly influenced our renovation of Beach Lane #6 in 2021 including special attention to the environmental reactions visitors often have to a vacation house, how it is cleaned and how it maintained . I also lived in the house for some time so I could understand how the house could work best, while also using my own experiences in hospitality and travel to adapt the house to make your stay easy and fun.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Beach Lane is a gem of a complex with only 16 units, a private pool, bus service and parking outside your door. We love the friendly community feel of West Bay and everything that Beach Lane offers within a short walk. You can get to the Beach in a few minutes or stroll down the quaint Boggy Sands Lane to the West Bay Wall, where you can take in the sunset while enjoying a full fresh fish dinner from Heritage Kitchen for less that $15! Our unit offers one of the most private locations in the complex. While you cannot see the water from the house, its as close to the water as some units at the back of larger beachfront complexes. Plus it is a short walk (3 min) to a grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants, without the noise and traffic congestion of busier areas closer to George Town. Parking is right outside your door, as is the bus. I am happy to provide a link to more pictures...just ask!

The minute we walked into Beach Lane #6, we could see what she could be and undertook a complete renovation of the townhouse for almost a year during covid. We have equipped the house with modern led lighting that can be adjusted your preference, usb outlets in the walls, closet organizers, induction cooktop, Kitchen Aid oven and dishwasher. Local artists are featured throughout the house and the decor is beach modern. Our air conditioning system is regularly maintained and monitored to ensure healthy air quality. Our outside patio offers a barbecue and night lighting so you can enjoy our fabulous weather during the day and night.
