We are grateful to share that this beautiful condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! Our Pool is open and heated! We anticipate renovations at the resort to be completed soon.
Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate as they recover. Many businesses have already reopened and are eager to welcome You!
Please note - remediation work is underway on first-floor units.
Beautifully redone condo with comfortable & stylish furnishings & decor that will make you feel right at peace in paradise. Located just steps away from the white sand beach of Upham in St Pete Beach, you can be there to swim or catch a sunset w/in seconds. Location is key, lively & vibrant w/ beach access directly in front of the building, restaurants and activities w/in walking distance, but a gorgeous interior to relax when desired. Welcome to paradise, let the sea breeze calm your worries!
New listing that just finished remodel - The cabinet doors will be delayed by 2 weeks, but won't stop you from enjoying this wonderful location!
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)
- This is a no smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
