Stylishly updated with wood plank floor tile, our condo is newly designed with comfort in mind. The trendy living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a smartTV and coastal accents. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom retreat offers a king bed, a smartTV and plenty of closet space. Just steps away is the newly completed master bathroom with double vessel sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with both a double and twin bed, a smartTV and ample closet space. A full guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower. For our guests' convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer and garage parking. Wifi and tram service to the beach are complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summertime.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
