Ocean Front Home with pier.
Noodles Retreat At Casa Lisa is a comfortable beach front home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths (about 2340 square foot) on two levels. The upper level has the kitchen, dining and living areas and two bedrooms with have a queen bed and en suite full bath. This level also had a 390 square foot veranda goes the length of the home where you can enjoy gorgeous views of the Caribbean ocean. On the lower level you will find three additional bedrooms one in which is a master suite with private bath, living and dining area. Step outside to find a NEW 30x15 pool with surrounding deck for all the family to enjoy. Take a stroll down our 320ft pier to enjoy the palapa located at the end. This is a great place to hang the hammock, watching sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset with family. Location on goggle map V2J5+PP San Pedro, Belize

Q. HOW DO WE GET TO AMBERGRIS CAYE?
A. Guests arriving to Belize must transfer via regional flight or boat to the island of Ambergris Caye. Most of our guests choose the flight option for its convenience and comfort. The islandâs airstrip is in San Pedro town, the only town located on the island of Ambergris Caye. Casa Lisa is located approximately 3.5 miles south of San Pedro town.
Q. HOW DO WE GET TO CASA LISA UPON OUR ARRIVAL TO THE ISLAND?
A. We are pleased to arrange your airport taxi transfers to bring you to the property.
Q. HOW FAR IS CASA LISA FROM THE AIRSTRIP/SAN PEDRO?
A. We are located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro town, the road is partially paved and partially hard-packed sand. Goggle map location V2J5+PP San Pedro, Belize
Q. HOW DO WE GET AROUND THE ISLAND OF AMBERGRIS CAYE?
A. Your beach home is in the south end area of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro Town. While taxi service is available on island (pay direct), most of our guests enjoy the convenience and novelty of renting a golf cart. You must have a valid driverâs license and be over 18 to drive a golf cart. Reservations are required. We are can assist you in reserving the carts.
Q. WHAT IS CASA LISA ADDRESS? CAN I SHIP ITEMS AHEAD?
A. We donât stand on formalities here on the island. Casa LISA is the comfort gray
colored house, locate at the 3.5 miles marker south of San Pedro town. Correct location V2J5+PP San Pedro, Belize
There is no such thing as overnight courier service to/from Belize and the services that exist can be expensive and timely. Additionally, your items could get stuck in customs â for a very long time. In other words, shipping your items to Belize is not advisable.
Q. WHATâS INCLUDED WITH OUR HOME RENTAL?
A. We start you off with the basics: Coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towel, dish soap, toilet tissue, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo and body wash.

Q. IS THE HOUSE AIR-CONDITIONED?
A. Yes, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Q. CAN YOU ARRANGE OUR TOURS?
A. We are happy to customize and pre-book a tour package specific to your interests.
Upon your arrival at your beach getaway, we will review your activities itinerary To avoid cancellation penalties â which is often the full price of the tour â you must cancel more than 24-hours to trip departure time.

A. A charcoal grill is provided, we can provision your home with charcoal with notice.
Q. DOES THE HOME HAVE A TELEPHONE?
A. There is no landline telephone at Noodles Retreat At Casa Lisa.

A. Complimentary WIFI is included. Please note that WIFI service in Belize will not be as fast or reliable as you are accustomed to and may not be suitable for streaming entertainment.
Q. IS FISHING EQUIPMENT INCLUDED?
A. No, fishing equipment is not included, however feel free to ask our staff if we have any rods in working condition once you arrive.
Q. DOES THE HOUSE HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
A. Yes, only available for guests staying 7nights or longer and available at mid stay. We are also happy to swap out towels at request.

Q. HOW IS THE BEACH? CAN WE SWIM OFF THE BEACH?
A. The beaches of Belize have Seagrass or "Turtle Grass" growing, this is harmless and in fact is an important part of Belizeâs ecosystem. This grass can grow in our shallow waters as we have such strong protection from the World's second largest barrier reef. This means our waters are warm, calm, and shallow for quite a way out and we do not for the most part of traditional walk-in beaches. For guests wishing to swim in the Caribbean, our dock has stairs leading into the water, diving is not permitted. Please note: periodically, Belize, along with other areas of Central America, The Caribbean, Mexico, and USA, will experience periods of Sargassum Seaweed washing ashore. Sargassum Seaweed comes from the Sargasso Sea in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and is normally kept at bay by water temperatures and currents. We work diligently to keep our beach clear; however, guests should be aware when visiting coastal areas that seaweed may be present.
Q. IS THERE A POOL ONSITE?
A. We have a new full sized pool in the yard where you can cool down while enjoying the Caribbean views and breezes. We do provide some pool floats as long as they have not been damaged by other guests.
Q. DO YOU PROVIDE POOL TOWELS?
A. We provide one pool towel per person. We are happy to swap towels if requested.
Q. CAN WE DRINK THE WATER?
A. We start you off with 5-Gallons of purified drinking water in a dispenser. Additional 5-gallons can be provided upon request.
Q. IS THERE A DUTY-FREE SHOP ON THE ISLAND?
A. There is no duty-free shopping available on island. When you arrive in Belize, there is a duty-free shop at baggage claim where you can stock up on liquor and other items if youâd like.

A. We can provide recommendations for provisioning services in advance of your arrival or you can grocery shop once you are on island.

We would like to introduce ourselves and provide you with contact information for our team members that will be assisting you during your stay with us. A little bit about our story, Noodle is a 8/9 year old mini Goldendoodle rescued from a humane society in North Carolina.. He is now a resident in the town of San Pedro, located on Ambergris Caye. After many life changing events in our lives we decided it was time for a change and relocated our family to the island. We wanted to share our beautiful island with others , so we inquired a few properties. It took us sometime to get the properties ready for our friends and family ( why there are no reviews). We hope you enjoy Noodles Retreat our little La Isla Bonita as much as we do! We also have another property VRBO 3203822 Noodles Retreat At Casa Bella Vista.

Well equipped: This home is furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Personalized service: After youâve made your booking, our staff will reach out to you regarding your stay to help with all the necessary arrangements. Our team will also meet you upon arrival to welcome you to the home.(No member of our team receive any monetary value for services) HOUSEKEEPING: Please note that, we give the property in cleaned and ask that you return it to as close as possible to that state we don't charge a cleaning fee for this reason. Only 7 nights includes a Mid-week towel exchange if needed and departure cleaning LAUNDRY: Laundry services for guests staying longer than 5 days. GROUNDS KEEPING: Our staff will visit your home daily to check on the pool and perform light grounds keeping services.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Guests arriving to Belize must transfer via regional flight or boat to the island of Ambergris Caye. Most of our guests choose the flight option for its convenience and comfort. The islandâs airstrip is in San Pedro town, the only town located on the island of Ambergris Caye. Noodles Retreat At Casa Lisa is located approximately 3.5 miles south of San Pedro town. We are pleased to arrange your airport transfers; the cost will be disclosed when confirming your request the service and payment upon arrival/ departure. The road is partially paved and partially hard-packed sand. While taxi service is available on island (pay direct), most of our guests enjoy the convenience and novelty of renting a golf cart. You must have a valid driverâs license and be over 18 to drive a golf cart. Reservations are required; the cost will paid once you pick up the cart.
Noodles Retreat At Casa Lisa is the light green (Comfort Gray) house, locate at the 3.5 miles marker sign. There is no such thing as overnight courier service to/from Belize and the services that exist can be expensive and timely. Additionally, your items could get stuck in customs â for a very long time. In other words, shipping your items to Belize is not advisable. WHATâS INCLUDED WITH OUR HOME RENTAL?
We start you off with the basics: Coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towel, dish soap, toilet tissue, hand soap, shampoo and body wash.
All towels and linens are provided All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is no landline telephone at Noodles Retreat At Casa Lisa.
Each level has a hairdryer.
Upper level has a safe.
We start you off with 5-Gallons of purified drinking water in a dispenser. Additional 5-gallons can be provided upon request.
The nearest small store is approximately 1.5 miles north as are Black Orchid and Stax, Someplace South and Playa De Sala(adult only) restaurants.
