This is our NEW HOUSE LISTING ready for you to make some great memories with your friends and family. It is located in Branson Canyon and will accommodate up to 18 people. Family Canyon Lodge is located in a quiet countryside setting yet near enough to enjoy the popular Branson sites.

76 strip and Branson Landing are only 10 minutes away. Scenic Table Rock Lake and the public boat launch is a quarter of a mile away. The Branson Airport is just 8 minutes away and several golf courses are nearby.

The Ozark's beautiful weather allows numerous opportunities to grill outdoors on the stainless steel BBQ Grill. However, if creating the perfect meal in the sleek and modern kitchen is more to your taste, the house offers almost every appliance needed.

High speed internet is available along with Local HD channels and movie channels.

Two full bathrooms are located on the main floor, 2 full bathrooms are located downstairs, and 1 bathroom is located on the top floor. The main floor master bathroom has a corner jacuzzi tub, perfect after a long day of exploring. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Washer, dryer, and detergent are ready for your convenience. An iron and iron board is available for use if needed as well.

Had a great time!

If you are thinking about a visit to Branson...you should consider this property. Our family of 8 had a great time. Brad, the property manager was terrific...very timely in responding to emails and a small issue with the TV's which was resolved quickly. We would definitely recommend Brad and this property.

We were very happy with our stay. The property owner was very helpful and responsive, and our family had a wonderful holiday celebration! All the amenities we needed were there and it was an easy drive to Silver Dollar City.

Home away from home

We enjoyed the property and loved the room for kids to hang out separate from the adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to do Thanksgiving away from home. We had 4 couples and 5 kids and slept great!

Everything was just wonderful! The house is very large, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked, and quiet. The pool was a big hit with our 3-year old granddaughter. Brad was great to communicate with. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Fabulous Family Vacation

This property was extravagant. It had everything we needed and was able to accommodate everyone. We barely had to leave the house during our stay. It really felt like home. We will definitely be returning.

Very nice and comfortable!

Had a great stay for a family reunion during this weekend. Great location close to Branson Landing, Table Rock State Park where we rented a pontoon boat, and played golf at Payne Stewart Golf Club. We had plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 kids. Just a practical layout and decorated nicely with everything you need!

This property was exceptional in every way.

Home was very clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Hand soap at every sink was a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay at this home and will plan to stay again in the future. Also excellent communication from the owner regarding access instructions and WiFi access.

Wonderful home!

This home is everything that they advertise it to be and then some. We had 13 family members there for a week and the three floors were a real plus as we could all spread out at times. Also the area was good as we had young children as well as teenagers so there was something for everyone to do. Would go here again!

Family Get Together

We had such a great time at this home! It is beautiful!!There were 14 of us & there was more than enough space for all of us & even spots to get away from the group, if desired. The owner was very responsive & ahead of the game in providing all the info needed to stay there. I can’t imagine anyone not having a wonderful time in this home 😊

Beautiful place!

Everything was wonderful just as listed. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Sat out for breakfast each morning. The media room chairs were so comfortable for watching a movie. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to all the Branson attractions.

Great place for multi-family gathering!

Our family, five couples and two children (ranging in age from 15 mo. to 84 years old), gathered in Branson to celebrate our matriarch's 80th birthday. We loved that all couples had their own bedroom and bath and, even though the house was further from Branson than we expected, it was a very short drive to all the attractions we were interested in, including just a short walk to the community pool. We appreciated the full kitchen and cooking/eating supplies available, as we took turns preparing our breakfast and evening meals for the entire group. We will definitely consider this property when we visit the Branson area, again!

Home Sweet Home

It was so wonderful to get to spend Thanksgiving in Branson with our family and even more wonderful that we had such a nice place to stay. We had 15 in our party ranging in age from 4 to 87. We had enough space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the media room with the 70" TV and Bose surround sound. The beds, linens and towels were very luxurious. The location was perfect as well. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Branson.

Amazing home

The home was huge. When we first arrived head explored each room and were excited with each turn. Going there when it was cold and rainy made us spend most of are time at the house but we enjoyed every moment at the house. We all made great memories and had a great time. Only negative I had was the master bedroom was always hotter then the other room. Overall amazing house

Prefect

This was the best home my group has stayed in. We all loved it the Sonos was a great plus the netflix was prefect and the location was prime i would to stay in the home again on my next group outing. The cherry on top for this location was the Zero Gravity massage chair that my vacation a vacation i came with a back pain and left feeling rejuvanated we had to schudule out time to use it that was fair to all of us lol. I would like to let the owners know they did a great job on this home and we thank them for the hard work they put in because they had everthing you needed in this home to make you feel at home plaus some extra ( Zero Gravity)

Even better than anticipated

This home has a fantastic layout that suited our family of 16 for an entire week in late March. Plenty of space for each one of us. We found it clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We took full advantage of the home theater, the massage chair, the walking trails, and the game table. The kitchen was equipped with anything we needed. It all contributed to a great family vacation. Bob and Linda were incredibly gracious and we hope to have opportunity to use their home again. We've visited Branson a number of times over the years, but It will be an easy decision on where to stay next time we are in the area.

Wonderful experience at Branson Trailside Lodge

Our extended family recently gathered at the Branson Trailside Lodge in order to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect place for spending time together as a family while visiting the Branson area. The home was modern, clean, and spacious. The many amenities such as the screened porch, theater room, fully-equipped kitchen, and great room provided space for all tastes, and there were comfortable beds in 6 bedrooms for good nights of rest. Most importantly, it provided a relaxing environment for my parents to be with loved ones for this important family event. I think I speak for all those present that this was a top-notch facility and that if we return to the Branson area, we will definitely want to stay there again. Shawn Messer, and the Messer Family.

Nice property

We had to go out and buy bath towels and wash rags as there were not nearly enough for a group of 16. Had we known, we could have brought them from home. There was construction directly across from us which made coming and going difficult at times. (Not the owners fault). Other than that, it is a lovely property and we had a great stay.

The Perfect Family Getaway in Branson Trailside Lodge

What a wonderful Christmas with family we had in this beautiful, spacious home!! We loved every minute. The home was wonderfully decorated, had plenty of room for the ten of us, and it was extremely clean and comfortable. It is so welcoming for families--from the theater room, to the games and game table, open living spaces, and kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Bob was always quick to respond to our questions. An added bonus for us (in addition to the awesome massage chair!) was the view of the woods in the back and the walking trail that is near this property. We went walking with our grandsons and made memories that we will keep with us always. We hope to come back again!! Thank you for making this property available for others to enjoy.

Great for Family Gatherings

We enjoyed this property for a retreat that also served as a large family gathering. There were 9 adults and 5 little children, but we had more than enough space. The children loved playing in the open areas, bathing in the big jacuzzi tub, and enjoying the outdoors indoors on the screened porches. There was ample space to prepare food and entertain guests. Additionally, no one went without a seat at meal time. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and functional. None of the late risers were disturbed by the early risers, and I especially appreciated having a thermostat on each level. We could not have asked for a more. I also really enjoyed my dealings with Bob - he was very patient and helpful.

The Perfect Lodging!

Trailside Lodge was the best vacation home ever! Our family consisted of three generations, all ages, and we were thoroughly pleased! The house was fully equipped for everything we needed and desired. We really appreciate the time and effort put into the thought process of providing excellent service! Bob and Linda really set the standards high for our next vacation. Trailside Lodge was conveniently located from all attractions as well as the theme parks. The three floors in home provided enough space for all of us. One of my favorite moments was waking early in the morning drinking a cup of coffee out on the covered patio before cooking breakfast for the entire family. Also, the nature and scenery was beautiful when looking out of any of the windows there. The theatre room provided great family time when looking at our favorite shows and movies. One night we even had our own little talent show. We made awesome memories there at Trailside Lodge and definitely will recommend this place to anyone else! Thanks again Bob and Linda for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful, clean, spacious - nice location

I almost missed out on this property. After I booked this property, it was sold to a new owner. My reservation was canceled and I had to re-book with the new owner and the price was higher. I messaged the previous and new owners about the situation to no avail and ended up booking it again anyway because my family had this vacation planned for a while. This is a really nice house and property. It's beautiful, clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need including games for the kids and it's not to far from downtown. The only problem was the towels had a smell. I think this problem could be solved if white towels instead of colored towels were provided through out the house and they could be bleached. Washing them didn't seem to solve the problem but you could bring your own.
