Cozy Cottage, Walk to Lift, Restaurants, Main Street, Private Hot Tub!

Extensively remodeled recently, this Miner's Cottage is centrally located to all Park City has to offer, with this Park Avenue private home situated just a skip away from downtown's Town ski lift, and right across from the Library and Miner's Hospital recreation area bike path, skate park and community space.

Walk anywhere in downtown Park City in summer or winter from this charming ski residence, or take Park City's free transit system from the bus stop just beyond your doorstep around town to Deer Valley, favorite hiking or biking trails, or shops and restaurants.

Guests can enter from the quiet Sullivan Road driveway and double car garage area on the back side of the home, with lots of space for parking which is a premium in the historic district! The garage has ample space for ski or bike gear, and includes a large boot dryer. The entry level also has a secluded one Queen suite with access to the home's private large hot tub.

Up one level your whole group can stretch out in the large main living space, with a spacious open concept living into dining and kitchen area. A cozy fireplace along with Queen sleeper sectional sofa, board games, and an ample living room smart TV for movie nights. On-site full size laundry is a plus for longer stays. The kitchen and dining area are built for entertaining with a big kitchen island, along with a formal dining area for holiday meals. Step out the patio door from the kitchen to enjoy your deck, gas grill, and happy hour.

The upstairs level offers an ample sized King master suite with ensuite bathroom. Around the corner is a bunk room with a Full over Full bunk and a Twin trundle bed, with a bonus Full bed nook, comfortably sleeping 6 adults, along with an adjoining bath. The bunk room is comfortable for adults, but really is a blast for the kids, making this property ideal for two families.

Across the three bedrooms this property can comfortably sleep a maximum of 12: King, Queen, Queen Sleeper Fold-out, Full/Full Bunk, Full Nook (comfortably 1 adult), and a Twin trundle. Bathrooms have also been recently renovated and much of the furniture and décor is freshly updated.

The views from this property are quintessential old town homes, with the bonus of the green City Park space adjacent, making this an ideal location for your next trip to Park City! Get the best spot for the 4th of July parade and summertime activities from this home, walk to Sundance events and all of Old Town, or take advantage of the easy walk to the Town Lift for skiing and restaurants without having to drive.

Whatever the season, this is the perfect family gathering spot to create lasting memories in Park City.

Perfect ski house.

Plenty of beds and bathrooms to stay in that were all clean and organized. Walking distance to the town lift and the base lifts less than 10 minutes in ski boots. Easy walk into main st for dinner and shopping as well.

Very nice property, had everything we needed. Spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was that the thermostat or furnace seemed to not be working and the main floor was very hot despite lowering the temperature.

Great Stay!

Loved the spacious house. We only had 7, so sleeping was very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were plentiful. Garage with Boot/glove drier was a great addition. The 5 min walk to base mountain was super convenient too. Only downside is lack of seating for lounging and watching tv.

Excellent place to stay for Park City skiing. We had a group of six, including young twins. The drive to Mountain Village ski center is less than 5 minutes, and if you store your ski equipment at the base overnight, you can easily walk to the lift in 10 minutes. Likewise, the walk to downtown Park City for restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and Egyptian Theater is about 10-15 minutes, depending on your destination. This property has lovely accommodations, with nice furniture, wall hangings, large rooms, and nice layout. The management company was very accommodating and helpful -- they were extremely cooperative with allowing us to check in a bit early, and they went out of their way to address a few questions we had about the hot tub. This is a great place to stay -- you won't be disappointed!

Great a rental, great location

Property was exactly as advertised. Property location is a short walk to/from Park City main entrance and very short walk to free transit ride
Park City stop is first stop. Also, about a 20 min walk to downtown or to grocery store if you prefer a nice walk. We walked most everywhere we went. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. 6 guys stayed very comfortably. The 4 full baths were a huge plus. We also greatly enjoyed the nice hot tub after a long day of skiing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Trip

Number one reason to book this property is the location. You can walk a few minutes to the free bus stop and the first stop is the Park City base. You can also walk about 10 minutes including 72 stairs to the base. You can also walk a short distance to Main St. The bedrooms are small except the primary is spacious. The hot tub is off the first floor bedroom. Otherwise, you have to walk around outside to access the hot tub.

Better location than I thought.

4 adults and 6 kids on ski trip. Walking distance to downtown (10 minutes) or PCMR base (also about 10 minutes). Quieter than staying on Main Street but super easy to get around. 3 minute drive to drop off at slopes. I wouldn't want to carry gear and walk that far in boots, but plenty of overnight storage options at the resort base. The home is comfortable. I didn't hear any bed or bathroom complaints. The bunk room is great as long as you have 5 people willing to share a room, which we did. Would book again.

Location, Location, Location

We did my annual college reunion ski trip at the property. Easy walk to DT Park City and the town lift. Can't be beat for acres ski and going to dinner. The Canyons was about ten min drive. We had one small issue and the property manager had a service person right out to the property. Nice layout that gave everyone space, great hot tub and a nice little deck off the kitchen. Well equipped and clean. My only suggestion would be an internet ready TV, but really who goes to PC to sit in front of the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home ! Awesome location on park ave !

This home is definitely where we want to stay again! Perfect location next to City Park, library and right next to historic Miners Hospital on Park ave in historic district . This private home had everything the group needed ! Well stocked kitchen , toiletries and a gorgeous hot tub and private location off of one of the bedrooms . Walking distance to town ski lift and restaurants and galleries . It was awesome in fall but even more premium location for winter I would say . Would be great for 4th of July as well ! Management company was on point and super responsive ! We had a big group and they had other places we booked too . It was overall an awesome experience at this home . We give it an A+ !!!

Perfect PC Location!

Park City Old Town Cottage 07 really isn't a cottage
 It is a beautiful home that has recently been updated
 Light, bright, beautifully furnished, kitchen is well stocked with all the things you would need! The beds are cozy and warm due to the quality of the linens provided. The home is across the street from the city park where my grandsons loved to play, and it's across the street from the Library bus stop, a quick ride into town or when the weather is suitable, a short walk to everything Park City has to offer: shopping, restaurants, ski lifts, you name it you can get there easily from here! Communicating with Mountain West Vacation Rentals was excellent! As our trip approached, we received a weekly email detailing a type of concierge service. We might be interested in. Rather than giving us all the information all at one time, it was parsed out in pieces that were easy to digest as we continued to plan our stay. We will be back!

Great place, problematic if you cook a lot

The home and location are really nice. Upon arrival, oven door noted to be stuck open and couldn't close, fireplace and bootwarmers not working. They were very responsive and Nick came and fixed those problems the next day. At that point we discovered the cooktop has no vent, and cooking breakfast caused grease to become aerosolized and land all over the floors. I discovered a thick layer of black filth on the floors and ended up cleaning the floors myself at least 5 times and they are still gross. I do appreciate getting refunded for the $395 cleaning fee. The other issue with cooking is complete lack of any staples I normally find in rental homes such as cooking oil, spices.. etc. Despite that, we found this rental to be a great place to stay in a very convenient location and we cooked up some great meals.

Awesome Park City Vacation

Booked this rental for a girls getaway weekend and loved it! The place is walking distance to downtown and the Park City ski area. We walked to dinner each night and the proximity to PC skiing was a bonus so it was easy for us to hit the slopes. The park across the street had walking trails so we explored the surrounding area with ease. It was spacious so everyone had their own bedrooms/bathrooms and the common area was open-concept so we were able to congregate together. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. Nice to have a spacious garage so we could park inside to keep our car warm. The hot tub was amazing - we relaxed at the end of our days exploring downtown/skiing there. Will definitely be coming back!

Great location with everything you need. Great spaces for your family to come together and enjoy a delicious dinner or play games. Also plenty of space to spread out and relax. Loved having all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The Infloor hear throughout the house and a relaxing hot tub were so nice. The steam shower was an extra nice touch. Great space for families, multiple couples or even a couple with their parents. This house is a great spot and easy walk to skiing and into town. While also being off the main road for some relaxation.

Perfect place for a ski week

Kitchen had everything you needed. Hair dryers in every bathroom. Well maintained. Comfy beds. Everything you’d want. Easy walk to town and easy walk to main ski area too. Even an easy walk to grocery. You don’t need a car at all if the weather cooperates. They even let us check in early and communicated super well.

Great ski house

Lots of space for our family of 5. Garage parking key in winter - we had lots of snow. Very clean. Excellent communication with property manager - attentive to needs. Would definitely stay here again.
