One of the best locations in all of Deer Valley, Lakeside offers the distinction of being a luxury townhome neighborhood just a ¼ mile to the Snow Park Base Lodge at Deer Valley Resort and to downtown Main St Park City historic district! Ease of access to skiing and to shopping dining and nightlife.

Lakeside is on all public transportation routes and also has a common pool and hot tub, making it one of the only neighborhoods in Lower Deer Valley to offer such so many advantages!

Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, this 3 level townhome offers vaulted ceiling living space, a comfortable kitchen and dining area, a main level Queen bedroom with adjacent full bath, 2 lower level bedrooms, King and Queen both with ensuite baths, and a top level bunk room offering two twin beds for kids of all ages, who share the main level full bath. Each bedroom suite offers fine linens, new mattresses and privacy away from the main living spaces. A full laundry facility, ski storage and a private garage are additional assets.

Lakeside is very residential and quiet, offering families a cozy après ski retreat, while still close to all the hustle and bustle around town. Hop on the door to door ski shuttle with your gear to go one block to the ski resort base lodge area, or jump on the free public transit bus to any point around town and all three of Park City's world class ski resorts.

Summer at Deer Valley is as exciting as winter, with Lakeside being in the heart of all Deer Valley has to offer. Lakeside is adjacent to the local gourmet pasty cafe, the Deer Valley petit lake with stand up paddle board classes, summer concerts on Wednesday nights, and so much more. Walk, bike or shuttle to anywhere in the lower Deer Valley and Old Town area from here.

Great location and pool

The property was very clean and met the needs of our family of seven. The bedrooms are on three different levels, which worked well for us. The location was great, as we were able to bike and walk to dinner (1-1/2 mile each way). The pool was a big hit with our kids.

Park City Perfection!

We stayed here for a family ski trip at Deer Valley and Park City and the condo was perfect. We loved the pretty living room with gas fireplace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and location is convenient to Deer Valley Snow Park base and Main Street. Our sons (12 and 10) loved the pool and hot tub. The ski shuttle to Deer Valley base worked out very well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location - perfect for family outing

This location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley for a family. Available shuttle service, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, plenty of room to spread out, multiple bathrooms, pool and hot tub, and very clean. Would definitely recommend to other family/friends and stay there again! Great communication before, during and after our stay.

Amazing property

So pleased w all the space in the condo which worked great for our family… Furnished beautifully & great location… Has all the amenities and kitchen was so well stocked w anything you need.. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable.. highly recommend!!!!!

Location location location

We (2 families of 4) stayed over new years and the condo was perfect. The shuttle was incredibly convenient to get to and from the mountain and we were able to walk to the St Regis and town as well. Plenty big enough for all of us and the hot tub and pool were great.

Great condo with all the amenities. Location is perfect for DV. There is a super convenient shuttle to take you to/from the DV mountain. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Awesome unit, great stay

Top marks go the owners of the unit. The townhome was spacious and very well appointed. Awesome location and just a short walk to downtown Park City! I would highly recommend. We felt like we were at home during our stay.

Deer Valley: Perfect for Families

This Deer Valley townhouse's location is unbeatable - walking distance to the Snow Park Lodge and a quick drive/shuttle ride to Main Street. The four-bedroom layout offered ample space, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything for staying in a cooking great meals. The owner thoughtfully stocked the home with essentials and even extras like games and kids supplies. We'll be sure to stay there again!

Outstanding Home in Amazing Location

First time in Park City/Deer Valley in the summer and this place could not be in a better location. We walked to Deer Valley resort and several times into town. The house was clean, well appointed and very spacious. We can't wait to go back.

convenient, clean, and plenty of room for a family

the location could not be beat, the shuttle came right to your door to snow park lodge which was just down the block. the condo was clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. The garage fit our suburban and there was an easy catchall space to put on our boots. we had a great stay

Great place for family get together

We planned a family get together and this unit was perfect. It had everything including a playpen for our 2-year old grandson. Very clean and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The location worked great for skiing and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Thank you for all the memories we made.

Townhouse was excellent, great kitchen- well stocked, everything was convenient and easy access, all shopping was 10 minutes away, kids had a great time skiing at deer valley, and this who snowboard found park city ski area great.

Wonderful and Very Convenient to Deer Valley

Our family of 5 (3 young adult children) have done an annual ski trip to Park City for the last 10 years. We loved our time at this wonderful property. It was plenty spacious for all of us, nicely outfitted, good Internet/Wi-Fi - everything we needed. The convenience to Deer Valley can't be overstated - short of staying at a ski-in / ski-out, this is as good as it gets. Very easy to use the DV Guest Shuttle to get to/from the Snow Park base area - which is about a 5 min ride. We will definitely look to return to this property in the future.

Perfect family stay

My husband and I had a wedding to attend in Park City, so we made a little vacation out of it. Our 5-year-old twins, our nanny, and my mom and stepdad all joined. The home was perfect for us. The location is wonderful. It was so easy to get around using the bus. The pool area was perfect for children and adults. The house was clean, well laid out, and well stocked. The management company was responsive and friendly when we wanted to extend our stay for a day. We really could not have been more pleased. I’ve already looked at the calendar for a time we could come back and stay in this house!

Excellent condo

The location of the condo is very convenient - the drive to the base of DV is 1-2 minutes, the drive to downtown Park City is 6-8 minutes. The DV free shuttle drives from the condo to the mt and I think it will take you to downtown as well but we didn’t use it. The condo was very clean, very quiet, beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice. I wish there were more seating options in the living room. The sofa and chair only seat maybe 5 comfortably.
