Rolling Hills condo is a SPACIOUS two bedroom PENTHOUSE condo in Indian Point with GORGEOUS views of the Ozarks & Table Rock Lake. Situated in a QUIET community, close to all Branson has to offer, this condo offers COMFORT & CONVENIENCE!

This unit is five minutes from SDC entrance & ten minutes from the heart of Branson and all its attractions. This condo includes king, queen, twin bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed. With almost 1,400 sq. ft. there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy in this home-away-from-home!

*Kitchen & Dining*
The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee, tea, cream & sugar items to start your stay. The dining room offers seating for up to eight guests (four dining chairs, two chairs from guest rooms, two bar stools).

*Living Area*
The living room includes a full sofa, two full size chairs and a comfortable recliner. The living room also includes an electric fireplace and Roku TV. A sofa bed for extra guests is available in the living room.

*Patio with Incredible Views*
Off the living room & master bedroom is the large penthouse patio with amazing views of the Ozark Mountains & Table Rock Lake. Sit on the patio to have a morning coffee or watch the sunset while the enchanting Silver Dollar City train whistle echoes in the sky.

*Master Bedroom - King Bed*
The master bedroom includes a king bed, dedicated workspace, cozy reading nook, Roku TV, and an attached private master bathroom that has both a jetted tub for a relaxing nightly bubble bath & stand up shower.

*Guest Room - Queen Bed & Bunk Beds*
The guest room includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds. This room also includes a Roku TV and access to its own full bathroom with a stand up shower.

*Private Laundry*
A washer and dryer are located in this unit for private laundry. Bath towels, and bed linens & blankets are included in the stay. Pool towels are available during the pool season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

*Streaming & Log in Information*
This unit has three Roku TVs. Rolling Hills Condo observes a "Bring Your Own Login" for streaming app services.

*Lock Code Information*
This unit offers a keypad entry. Key pad instructions & entry code will be provided to guests prior to check-in. There is also a lockbox with a master door key available if needed.

*Accessing the Unit Information*
Access: This is a top floor unit. The parking lot brings guests in on the second floor so there is one staircase to access the unit (17 steps). There is only a staircase access to this unit. An elevator is not available.

*Resort Amenities*
Rolling Hills Condo is located in Cliff Resorts. Cliff Resorts amenities includes an INFINITY pool with mountain views & a lower level WADING pool for younger children open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Swimming towels are provided during the summer season.

A community grill & firepit are also available. Firewood is available on a first come first serve basis.

Parking passes are not required in the Cliff Resorts parking lot. Boats & trailers are not permitted to park. Indian Point Marina can be contacted for boat docking services.
