LOCATION

Located on the quieter, private side of Kerr Lake. Depending on the lake level, our portion of Kerr Lake is often cut off from the main part of the lake by Nutbush bridge. It keeps our portion of the lake quiet and peaceful. There are three long fingers of the lake to explore in addition to the large open area in front of the property. There are two boat ramps on both sides of Nutbush bridge, approximately 1 mile from the house. One boat ramp allows you to put in your boat onto our side of the lake which has a large open area and 3 long fingers of the lake that allow you to enjoy water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding and fishing. The other ramp, is on the other side of Nutbush Rd, allows you to put your boat in on the main side lake and enjoy a day on the water on that side, if you choose.
