Magnolia Retreat is a luxury beach villa that sleeps up to 13 guests spread out among four king suites + bunk room with three twin beds. Your family is sure to create lasting memories at Magnolia Retreat!
No details missed in this designer home that offers something for every member of the family. It features a spacious and bright, open concept living area with a huge 86" 4K smart TV, a chef's dream kitchen with professional grade stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for up to 10, plus another dining table with seating for up to 8. There is a large balcony where you can kick up your feet and relax, and a second-floor game room with ample seating and a two-player arcade machine with over 600 games. The second floor also has the kid's paradise bunk room with color-changing LED lights and some fun octopus tentacle wall art. The whole family will make lasting memories in this unforgettable home.
Your group will love the private heated pool right outside the patio door! The patio area is an entertainment dream with an expansive outdoor shuffleboard table, lounge chairs in the sun, a putting green with putters and balls, a covered seating area and outdoor TV, plus the perfect built-in BBQ grill. Guests will also have access to a custom 6-seat golf cart, which would cost up to $150 per day to rent on its own. Plus, there is an included Electric Vehicle Charger in the garage! The NEMA 14-50 Outlet provides 50Amp fast charging! Bring your EV and charge it overnight! You'll need to supply the charging cable that plugs into the NEMA 14-50 outlet, but this outlet can fully charge a Tesla overnight!

If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
