Upstairs there is another full bath and three bedrooms, each with two twin beds. On the lower level, there is a family room with a flat screen TV, a bumper pool table and walk out access directly to the private beach and the dock which accommodates up to a 25' boat. This home comes with central air, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, wireless internet, cable TV, washer/dryer and a gas grill. Association offers access to a boat launch, basketball court, tennis courts and playground. For golfers, there is an 18-hole golf course 2.5 miles from this home. This is a great area for walking or bicycle riding. No smoking & No pets. PLEASE NO FIRES.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $105 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
