What a waste of money for me! Ceiling fans dirty. Cobs webs on the chandeliers in the kitchen and living room. And if you are short, don’t plan on getting in the hot tub because there is no step stool. I would never stay here again!

Los Angelinos in Georgia

The cabin exceeded our expectations. Courtesy supplies, nice hot tub (turn off to sleep at night), plenty of cookware, and nice views. Comfortable beds and living room. Great TV and wifi. Adventurous but doable drive in almost any non-rv vehicle.

enjoyable place for a quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Cherry Log Mountain is a sweet spot with lots to do nearby, if you enjoy the outdoors. Check-in was a little bumpy - as instructions state check-in can be as late as 6:00, but it’s actually 4:00, unless you’re a “member”. We would’ve appreciated firewood on site, given the fire pit & wood burning fireplace. Enjoyed the hot tub, though would’ve been nice if the lights worked.

Nice Vacation Rental

For a 5 day stay it was really a great spot. It was very comfy and spacious. It came wtih a lot of fun amenities, like the multiple smart tv's (the livinf room one is huuuge), a really nice hot tub, and an outdoor camp fire spot. The only downside to the cabin is that this one was about 10 or 15 minutes down the mountain road a lot of these cabins were on, so it made every drive somewhere that little bit further, but it really wasnt that hard to drive on. The first time was a little unsettling, but after that it was pretty easy to drive on, even in our sedan.

Relaxation

The cabin was great. Comfortable..had some issues with hvac for a couple of days. Each phone call for repair resulted in holding for 10 minutes .finally on day 2 the system was fixed. Overall it was great visit to blue ridge. We appreciate the credit we were given for our troubles.

Fall leaves

The cabin was in a great location, the fall leaves were beautiful, the cabin was equipped with everything you could need, the only couple of small things. We stayed for 7 days and had to live out of our suit case because they had no chester draws. And the water in jacuzzi water was dirty. Overall we still liked the cabin

While we're happy to hear you and your guests loved the property's convenient location, the cabin being well-equipped, and more, we regret to hear that the water in the jacuzzi was dirty. While we would have loved to send someone out to address these issues, we were not made aware of any inconveniences until after your stay. We have shared your concerns with the appropriate departments for further review, and we would love to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!

Peaceful Getaway

This was a very cozy and quant cabin! Absolutely beautiful view, fully equipped, and well stocked (with the exception of waah clothes). Feedback, very hard to get ahold of property management, does not offer late check outs, HVA needs to be cleaned. Each time it came on we began to cough! Otherwise a beautiful cabin! Jacuzzi worked well, beautiful fireplace, some wood left, but based on reviews came with our own. Lastly, you must download the app to get the code! Wonderful experience and peaceful community!

Lakesha, thank you for your review and honest feedback about your most recent stay at Bearfoot Ridge! We are thrilled to hear that you and your guests had a great time, enjoying your cozy, comfortable cabin along with the stunning views and amazing accommodations and amenities! It is regrettable that you experienced difficulties with the HVAC system, and we have shared your concerns with the appropriate departments to ensure that your concerns are addressed as soon as possible. Although we do offer late check-outs, we cannot guarantee them. It is not possible to offer a late check-out if a property is a turn, meaning there are other guests checking in on the day you check out. We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us your honest review, and we would love to host your next trip in the near future!

Birthday trip

I booked this cabin for a Surprise Romantic birthday getaway for my boyfriend. Things were going great he was very surprised to be staying for the weekend then we walked into our cabin and it was dirty. It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Towels were dirty, bed dirty, hot tub grossly dirty. I was disappointed & called property management which within two hours someone was sent to clean our cabin but when you pay a high fee to rent a cabin it’s just disappointing to check into a dirty cabin. Other than the master mattress being an incredibly firm and hurting my back everything else was great and we really enjoyed site seeing.

We are thankful for you taking the time to share your review of Bearfoot Ridge with us, Holly. Arriving at an unclean cabin is unacceptable, and we completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this may have been, as this was supposed to be a surprise getaway. While we are glad that we were able to get housekeeping out to resolve the issue, we hate that you had to encounter this in the first place, as this is unacceptable to us. We are pleased to know that we were able to rectify this issue with a gift certificate for a future stay, and we hope that we have the opportunity to show you better in the near future.
