With lots of original features, this little 3 storey property has been carefully designed to ensure you have everything you need for a perfect escape. NB: Cosycot is located half way up a steep hill. The property has two flights of fairly narrow stairs. Parking is available at a car park in the village about 350m away, from which daily or weekly tickets may be purchased. Belongings can be dropped off at the door. The property has a large shower but no bath. There is no outside space at the property, but beach chairs are provided for you to take to "The Platt" which is a seating area about 60 footsteps away from the property. Kitchen fireplace is decorative only. Lounge fireplace is electric. The property is best suited to adults, babies and older children. Doorways and stairwells are too narrow for stair gates. Young children and toddlers must be supervised at all times.
